Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest trumna z materiałów drewnopodobnych, powstałych głównie przy produkcji mebli. Trumna według wzoru użytkowego, mająca przestrzennie kształt zbliżony prostopadłościanu, wyposażona w uchwyty, elementy mocujące oraz zawierająca ozdobne ornamenty. Boczne ściany (1), szczytowe ściany (2) i podłoga (3) trumny są płaskie, a wieko (4) jest zaokrąglone i wyposażone w zaślepki (4.1) w postaci płytek, zaokrąglonych wzdłuż jednego dłuższego boku, przy czym boczne ściany (1) i szczytowe ściany (2) trumny są połączone z podłogą (3) pod kątem prostym, przy pomocy trójkątnych listew (14), co konstrukcyjnie jest to rozwiązane tak, że dolne brzegi bocznych ścian (1) i szczytowych ścian (2) są osadzone w rowku (15) wyfrezowanym wzdłuż obrzeża podłogi (3). Naroże trumny zawiera ozdobny narożnik (5) w postaci ozdobnej kształtki (5.1) oraz płytkę (5.2), usytuowaną równolegle do powierzchni kształtki (5.1), która po połączeniu z kształtką (5.1) narożnika (5), zamyka i usztywnia złącze naroża trumny. W dolnej i w górnej części trumna posiada ozdobne listwy (6) i (7, 8) i (9) maskujące złącza pomiędzy ścianami (1 i 2) i podłogą (3) oraz wiekiem (4).
