A vertical telescopic arm (4) is connected to the horizontal arm (8) via a tee (6), at a right angle, and a screen (3) is attached to the handle (2) of the device, at the end of the vertical arm (4) opposite to the position of the arm (8) there is a housing (1) for a replaceable battery; the housing (1) is connected to the handle (2) and the battery is connected by means of cables (11) to the camera (7), the blower (5) and the screen (3), which is additionally connected by means of cables (12) to the camera (7).
