Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest podest roboczy zabudowany na samobieżnym kombajnie górniczym według wzoru użytkowego, wyposażony w położone po obu stronach wysięgnika głowicy urabiającej kombajnu ruchome pomosty, a pomost jest połączony z siłownikiem hydraulicznym i ma barierki bezpieczeństwa oraz drabinkę, charakteryzuje się tym, że do wspornika (1) ramienia podnośnika elementów obudowy łukowej, zamocowanego na wysuwnej ramie korpusu zabudowanego na kadłubie kombajnu, z każdego boku, przytwierdzony jest siłownik hydrauliczny obrotowy (2) o pionowym wale. Z wałem zintegrowany jest pierwszy krótki bok (3.1) mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3), którego drugi krótki bok (3.2) dolnym końcem obrotowo połączony jest z uchem (4.1) czworobocznej platformy (4). Mechanizm równoległoboku przegubowego (3) ma zabudowany pierwszy siłownik hydrauliczny (5) o ruchu posuwistym połączony z dwoma przeciwległymi węzłami obrotu mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3). Drugi siłownik hydrauliczny (6) o ruchu posuwistym jednym swym końcem połączony jest obrotowo z drugim krótkim bokiem (3.2) mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3), a drugim swym końcem połączony jest obrotowo z uchem (4.1) platformy (4).The subject of the application is a working platform installed on a self-propelled mining shearer according to a utility model, equipped with movable platforms located on both sides of the boom of the mining head of the shearer, and the platform is connected to a hydraulic actuator and has safety barriers and a ladder, characterized by the fact that to the bracket (1 ) of the lifting arm of the arch housing elements, mounted on the extendable frame of the body built on the combine's hull, on each side there is a rotary hydraulic actuator (2) with a vertical shaft attached. The first short side (3.1) of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3) is integrated with the shaft, the second short side (3.2) of which is pivotally connected with the eye (4.1) of the four-sided platform (4) at its lower end. The articulated parallelogram mechanism (3) has a built-in first hydraulic cylinder (5) with sliding movement connected to two opposite rotation nodes of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3). The second hydraulic cylinder (6) with sliding movement is rotatably connected at one end to the other short side (3.2) of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3), and at its other end is rotatably connected to the eye (4.1) of the platform (4).
