Wzór użytkowy dotyczy konstrukcji elementu mocującego, znajdującego zastosowanie w budownictwie i w górnictwie. Element mocujący składa się z pręta (2) o powierzchni ryflowanej, oraz z rozpieraka (3). Pręt (2) na swobodnym końcu (2.3) ma wzdłużne, przelotowe szczeliny (2.5) wykonane wzdłuż prostopadłych do siebie i przecinających się w osi wzdłużnej (O<sub>2</sub>) pręta (2) płaszczyzn (A, B). Z kolei rozpierak (3) o postaci połączonych podstawami (3.1) stożków ściętych ma stożkową, tylną część (3.2) o mniejszej zbieżności i na jej obwodzie ma cztery wzdłużne, dwuścienne wycięcia prowadzące (3.4) o jednakowym kształcie. Każde z wycięć prowadzących (3.4) ma przekrój zasadniczo trójkątny, a jego dolna krawędź (3.5) usytuowana jest wzdłuż odpowiedniej płaszczyzny (M, N), które są prostopadłe do siebie i przecinają się w osi wzdłużnej (O<sub>3</sub>) rozpieraka (3).
