Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest moduł konstrukcyjny do budowy ścian budynków modułowych, który ma postać ramy nośnej składającej się z elementów konstrukcyjnych w formie spłaszczonych prostopadłościanów, to jest z: belki górnej (3), belki dolnej (4) i dwóch słupków bocznych (5), połączonych ze sobą, korzystnie zbitych gwoździami, w taki sposób, że tworzą ramę prostokątną, do której to ramy przymocowana jest zamykająca jej prześwit płyta (7), której szerokość odpowiada szerokości ramy nośnej, natomiast długość jest większa o co najmniej kilka centymetrów, korzystnie o 5 cm, od wysokości ramy nośnej, przy tym płyta (7) przymocowana jest do ramy nośnej tak, że po stronie belki górnej (3) krawędź płyty (7) pokrywa się z krawędzią zewnętrzną belki górnej (3), natomiast po stronie belki dolnej (4) płyta (7) wystaje poza dolną krawędź belki dolnej (4), tworząc na dole modułu wypust (8). Istotę wzoru użytkowego stanowi również ściana budynku modułowego wykonana na bazie modułów konstrukcyjnych pełnych (1) i/lub połówkowych (2).The subject of the utility model is a structural module for the construction of walls of modular buildings, which is in the form of a support frame consisting of structural elements in the form of flattened cuboids, i.e. an upper beam (3), a lower beam (4) and two side posts (5), connected to each other, preferably nailed, in such a way that they form a rectangular frame, to which frame is attached a plate (7) closing its lumen, the width of which corresponds to the width of the support frame, while the length is greater by at least a few centimeters, preferably by 5 cm from the height of the supporting frame, the plate (7) is attached to the supporting frame so that on the side of the upper beam (3) the edge of the plate (7) coincides with the outer edge of the upper beam (3), while on the side of the lower beam (4) the plate (7) extends beyond the lower edge of the lower beam (4), forming a protrusion (8) at the bottom of the module. The essence of a utility model is also a wall of a modular building made on the basis of full (1) and / or half (2) structural modules.
