Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie do oczyszczania powietrza atmosferycznego, zawierające korpus (100) w kształcie prostopadłościanu ze ścianą przednią, ścianą tylną, dwiema ścianami bocznymi, podstawą i dachem, mający dwa otwory wlotowe (110) dla powietrza, umieszczone w przeciwległych ścianach bocznych w dolnej części korpusu (100) i zabezpieczone siatką o drobnych oczkach, dwa otwory wylotowe (120) dla powietrza, umieszczone w przeciwległych ścianach bocznych i zabezpieczone siatką o drobnych oczkach, oraz przebiegający wewnątrz korpusu (100) w jego kierunku wzdłużnym od otworów wlotowych (110) do otworów wylotowych (120) kanał roboczy dla powietrza, przy czym korpus (100) zawiera, umieszczone kolejno po sobie wzdłuż kierunku przebiegu kanału roboczego od otworów wlotowych (110) do otworów wylotowych (120), moduł nawiewny (200), wymienny moduł filtracyjny (300) i moduł wywiewny (400), i przeciwległe boczne ściany korpusu (100) są zaopatrzone od wewnątrz w prowadnice do wyjmowalnego umieszczania w korpusie (100) wymiennego modułu filtracyjnego (300), umieszczone na wysokościach dopasowanych do wysokości wymiennego modułu filtracyjnego (300). Moduł nawiewny (200) zawiera wentylator wlotowy do zasysania zanieczyszczonego powietrza wlotowego z zewnątrz przez otwory wlotowe (110) korpusu (100) do kanału roboczego, połączony z wentylatorem wlotowym sterownik pracy wentylatora wlotowego i czujnik jakości powietrza wlotowego. W obszarze korpusu (100) usytuowanym poza kanałem roboczym jest umieszczony moduł sterowania parametrami pracy i moduł kontrolno-pomiarowy, przy czym moduł kontrolno-pomiarowy jest połączony z czujnikiem jakości oczyszczonego powietrza wylotowego i modułem sterowania parametrami pracy, zaś moduł sterowania parametrami pracy jest połączony z wentylatorem wlotowym.The object of the present utility model is a device for purifying atmospheric air, comprising a cuboid-shaped body (100) with a front wall, a rear wall, two side walls, a base and a roof, having two air inlet openings (110) located in opposite side walls in the lower part of the body (100) and protected with a fine-mesh mesh, two air outlets (120) located in opposite side walls and protected with a fine-mesh mesh, and running inside the body (100) in its longitudinal direction from the inlet openings (110 ) to the outlet openings (120) a working duct for air, the body (100) comprising successively located along the direction of the working duct from the inlet openings (110) to the outlet openings (120), a supply module (200), a replaceable module filtration unit (300) and exhaust air module (400), and opposite side walls of the body (100) are provided with bottoms for removable placement in the body (100) of the replaceable filter module (300), placed at heights matching the height of the replaceable filter module (300). The supply module (200) includes an inlet fan for sucking polluted inlet air from the outside through inlet openings (110) of the body (100) into the working duct, an inlet fan controller connected to the inlet fan and an inlet air quality sensor. The replaceable filter module (300) comprises a filter cassette with filter elements in the form of at least one layer of flat biodegradable multi-layer non-woven composite wrapped column frames in the form of hollow tubes with a perforated side surface, with an open lower end and a closed upper end, a replaceable square bottom plate provided with in holes evenly spaced on its surface, into which the lower ends of the column frames are tightly inserted, the upper carrying frame in the form of a square frame with transverse bars (319), on which the upper ends of the column frames are hung with connectors, and four brackets stiffening the filter cassette verticals (317) connecting the replaceable bottom plate to the upper support grid, and guides located at the top and bottom of the filter cassette for removable insertion of the replaceable filter module (300) in the body (100). The exhaust module (400) includes an exhaust fan for receiving air purified by the filtration module (300), constituting the upper part of the body (100), provided with outlet openings (120) for the purified air, a rectangular distribution head (420) in which a controlled an electrically operated damper for cyclical intake of air from the filtration module and discharging it as purified air through the discharge openings (120) of the distribution head (420) of the body (100) to the outside, and a sensor for the quality of the purified exhaust air. In the area of the body (100) located outside the working channel, there is a working parameters control module and a control and measurement module, where the control and measurement module is connected to the cleaned exhaust air quality sensor and the working parameters control module, and the working parameters control module is connected to intake fan.
