Abstract
Pustak ścienny izolowany mający postać bryły prostopadłościennej z segmentami wyznaczającymi profil wewnętrzny, charakteryzuje się tym, że jego profil zewnętrzny stanowią dwie ścianki (1) w kształcie prostopadłościanu o podstawie prostokąta wykonane z betonu lekkiego połączone dwoma symetrycznie rozmieszczonymi wewnątrz łącznikami (2) ścian stanowiącymi wieszaki izolacji termicznej (4) posiadające pióro wpusty (3) ryglujące elementy ściany przy czym segment wewnętrzny wyposażony jest w kształtkę termoizolacyjną (4) z grafitu/styropianu, która ma dwie szczeliny montażowe z łącznikami ścian (2), a także pustkę przestrzenną do zalania betonem. Ściany zewnętrzne (1) pustaka oraz ich wewnętrzne łączniki (2) wykonane są z lekkiego betonu. Pustak ścienny izolowany znajduje zastosowanie w budownictwie indywidualnym i deweloperskim w szczególności w domach pasywnych, domach energooszczędnych gdzie wymagany jest niski współczynnik przenikania ciepła.Insulated wall block in the form of a rectangular solid with segments defining the internal profile, characterized by the fact that its external profile consists of two cuboid-shaped walls (1) with a rectangular base made of lightweight concrete connected by two symmetrically arranged wall connectors (2) inside, forming the insulation hangers (4) with a tongue and groove (3) locking the wall elements, while the inner segment is equipped with a thermally insulating piece (4) made of graphite / polystyrene, which has two assembly slots with wall connectors (2), and a space void for pouring concrete. The outer walls (1) of the brick and their internal fasteners (2) are made of lightweight concrete. Insulated wall brick is used in individual and development construction, in particular in passive houses, energy-efficient houses where a low heat transfer coefficient is required.
