Naklad 100 efi.CenalfJOzl PLThe subject of the invention is an inverter voltage measurement system with adjustable frequency for supplying, in particular, asynchronous drive mechanisms. So far known and used for this purpose are inverter voltage measurement systems containing electronic transistor voltage separators or electro-optical elements. In this case, a six-pulse uncontrolled rectifier is connected to the output of the inverter, and the output of this rectifier is connected to a voltage divider, and the output of this divider is connected to a low-pass filter. The high-frequency separation circuit is connected to the output terminals of the low-pass filter, while the output of the separation circuit is connected to the control and regulation circuits of the inverter and to the DC voltage meter. The disadvantages of these electronic voltage measurement systems of inverters are a high degree of complexity and the associated unreliability. as well as the possibility of changes in characteristics under the influence of long-term aging processes. The result of these disadvantages is greater failure frequency of devices and their incorrect operation, which in turn affects the increase in operating costs of the devices. There are also known systems for measuring alternating voltage with a constant frequency with the use of separating transformers connected through the outputs of the secondary side with a non-pulsed rectifier, which the constant current output is connected to a low-pass filter. So far, such systems have not been connected with the outputs of frequency-regulated inverters. According to the invention, the voltage measurement system of an inverter with adjustable frequency is composed of a set of three low-power isolating transformers, the primary windings of which are supplied with inter-phase voltages of the inverter, secondary windings, They are connected between the valves of the anode and cathode group of a non-post six-pulse rectifier, to the output of which a low-pass filter is connected, and the output of this filter is connected to the control and control circuits of the inverter and to a DC voltage meter. The output voltage of the filter is the measured signal of the inverter output voltage and can be used to regulate an asynchronous motor powered by an inverter and to protect the inverter against incorrect operation and to continuously measure and control the inverter output voltage. This voltage measurement system is characterized by a simple structure of the components. and operational reliability. It uses the simplest common components commonly available. The results obtained by the application of the inverter voltage measurement accuracy are satisfactory for most practical issues related to the control of drives with an inverter. Consequently, the system enables failure-free operation of the drive devices.2 129 123 The invention is explained in more detail in the embodiment shown in the drawing, which shows a block diagram of the voltage measurement system of an inverter. The primary windings of the separating transformers 3 are connected to the output terminals of the inverter 1 supplying the receiver 2. The secondary windings of these transformers 3 are connected between the anode and cathode group diodes of the six-pin uncontrolled rectifier 4. A low-pass filter 5 is connected to the rectifier output 4. The output voltage is proportional to the value of the measured output voltage of the inverter 1. The output voltages of the inverter 1 with adjustable frequency, the amplitude of which changes like the frequency, are transformed by the isolation transformers 3 into the corresponding output voltage ratio of the secondary windings of the transformers of the inverter 1 is constant, the correct operation of transformers 3 is possible in a wide range of frequency changes. Secondary voltages of transformers 3 are subjected to rectification in a six-pin uncontrolled rectifier 4, and the rectified voltage signal after reducing by the resistive divider the filter 5 included at the rectifier output 4 is smoothed by the capacitance connected in parallel to one of the filter divider resistors 5. The circuit's output signal, proportional to the inverter 1 voltage, is taken from the filter 5 output and is used in regulation and control of the inverter-1, as one of the basic information necessary for the correct control of the drive with the inverter 1 and the asynchronous motor 2. Regardless of the use of the voltage measurement system to control the inverter 1, the output signal of this system can be used in the drive protection circuits with an inverter or fed to a voltage meter or a recording device, for the purpose of continuous control of the inverter voltage value 1.
