Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cienkościenny kształtownik wyciskany przeznaczony na zabudowy tylnej ściany pojazdów wielkogabarytowych. Cienkościenny kształtownik wyciskany, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch poziomych ścianek (2 i 4), o tej samej długości (1), równoległych względem siebie, połączonych pionowymi poprzeczkami (1), gdzie grubość ścianki (4) stanowi 0,7-0,9 korzystnie 0,8 grubości ścianki (2), przy czym na wewnętrznej powierzchni ścianki (2) równolegle do ścianek (1), w równej odległości „1” usytuowane są wzdłużne wypusty (3) mające w przekroju kształt półokręgu o promieniu R równym dwukrotność grubości ścianki (2) i przechodzące w ściankę (2) promieniem r równym jej grubości, poza tym z co najmniej jednej strony kształtownik jest zakończony uchwytami dwuramiennymi stanowiącymi komplet (5) do łączenia poprzez zatrzaskiwanie.The subject of the application is a thin-walled extruded section intended for the rear wall of large-size vehicles.
