Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie oraz po- szczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, is manifested in its shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The industrial design consists of a hanging lamp in the following varieties: Variation 1 - Lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes resembling the jets of a tall fountain. Variation 2 - Lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes resembling the jets of a fountain. Variation 3 - Lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes resembling the jets of a Baroque fountain. Variation 4 - Lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes resembling the combination of three different types of hooks. Variation 5 - Lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes resembling a combination of stylized calligraphic letters "b" and "C". The hanging lamp according to the industrial design is characterized in that it has a bowl in the lower part, above which there are compositional elements similar to a stylized ornament created from a combination of spatial forms resembling various geometric or letter profiles, arranged on a triangular plane, provided with mounting details and detachably joined as a mirror image with a centrally placed column with a bowl, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 15 and the attached photographs fig. 16 to fig. 26. The hanging lamp is characterized in that in the first variant it has compositional elements similar to the jets of a high fountain shaped in the likeness of a stylized letter "b", wherein the upper tip of the letter's stem is slightly inclined towards the wavy-concave belly, and the furthest point of the belly does not extend beyond the lamp bowl, which in the schematic outline, together with the letter stems, it creates a modified outline of high-flowing fountain jets, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and the attached photograph Fig. 18 and Fig. 19. The hanging lamp in the second variant is characterized by compositional elements similar to fountain jets shaped in the likeness of the stylized letter "b", wherein the upper tip of the letter stem is slightly inclined towards the belly, and the furthest point of the belly does not extend beyond the bowl of the lamp, so that in the schematic outline, their outline together creates a modified outline of an ellipse, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 and the photograph Fig. 20. The hanging lamp in the third variant is characterized by compositional elements similar to the jets of a baroque fountain shaped as a set of fragments of circles arranged vertically and horizontally and a horizontal stream connecting horizontally arranged semicircles, with the outer ones extending beyond the lamp bowl, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6 to Fig. 8 and photographs Fig. 21 and Fig. 22. The third variant of the hanging lamp has pendants, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 7 and photograph Fig. 22. The fourth variant of the hanging lamp has compositional elements which are a set of connected forms resembling a set of three different types of hooks, one of which has bends on two sides - one in the form of an open circle, the second has only one open profiled round catch, and the third has a closed eyelet in the shape of a drop, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 9 to Fig. 12 and photographs Fig. 23 and Fig. 24. The fourth variant of the hanging lamp has pendants, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 10 and fig. 12 and the photograph fig. 24. The hanging lamp is characterized by the fact that in the fifth variant it has compositional elements that are a combination of forms resembling interpenetrating, stylized calligraphic letters "b" and "C", wherein the letter "b" is positioned straight, while the letter "C" is positioned with the opening downwards and both letters pass through each other asymmetrically, because the center of the belly of the letter "b" is located outside the center of the arc of the letter "C", as shown in the attached drawings fig. 13 to fig. 15 and photographs fig. 25 and fig. 26. The hanging lamp in the fifth variant has pendants as shown in the attached drawing fig. 14 and photograph fig. 26. The hanging lamp according to the industrial design in all variants from 1 to 5 may have from 6 to 24 compositional elements. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The hanging lamp is characterized by having a bowl in its lower part, above which there are compositional elements similar to a stylized ornament created from a combination of spatial forms resembling various geometric or letter profiles, arranged on a triangular plane, provided with fastening details and detachably joined as a mirror image with a centrally placed column having a bowl, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 15 and the attached photographs fig. 16 to fig. 26. 2.
