W odniesieniu do znanych, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów tego rodzaju, oprawa oswietleniowa bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie nowym, indywidualnym charakterem, nadanym jej zwlaszcza przez cechy budowy i oryginalny ksztalt, a takze przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz strukture i matrial wytworu. Compared to known, similar products of this type, the lighting fixture that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished by a new, individual character, given to it in particular by its construction features and original shape, as well as by the features of the lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material of the product. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the lighting fixture with the lampshade removed; Fig. 2 shows the lighting fixture from above, viewed from the mounting bracket; Fig. 3 shows the lighting fixture from a side view; Fig. 4 shows the lighting fixture from a perspective view; Fig. 5 shows a variant of the lighting fixture from a perspective view; Fig. 6 shows a variant of the lighting fixture from a side view. As can be seen in the attached drawing, the fixture has the form of a contoured, circular metal plate with a centrally located 20W 12V G4 halogen bulb. The rear of the plate is equipped with a spring-loaded expansion element that allows for mounting the fixture. In the bulb holder section, the fixture has a flat spring for securing the bulb cover. The bulb cover is in the form of a crystal shade, as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 4. The fixture is available in various color and texture options. Variation I: The lighting fixture variant covered by the application is a contoured, circular metal plate with a centrally positioned 20W 12V G4 halogen bulb. The plate is equipped with a spring-loaded expansion element at the rear, allowing for mounting the fixture. Hanging decorative crystal elements are attached to the plate, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. This fixture variant is available in various color options. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design in the form of a lighting fixture are that the fixture has the form of a profiled, metal plate with a round outline, with a halogen bulb with maximum parameters of 20W 12V G4 placed centrally on it, while at the back the plate is provided with a spring-loaded expansion element allowing for mounting the fixture, and in the part constituting the bulb holder, the fixture has a flat spring used for mounting the bulb cover in the form of a crystal lampshade, which is shown in Fig. 1, 3 and 4.
