KOMPLE T LAMP Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet zestawów lamp skladajacych sie z lampy wiszacej, kinkietu prostego i kinkietu narozniko- wego przeznaczonych zwlaszcza do wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przed- miotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lamp, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ich ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja im charak- terystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi komplet zestawów lamp w dwóch odmia- nach: Odmiana 1 - Zestaw lamp o obrysie kolowym z elementami kompozy- cyjnymi w ksztalcie prostokatów z trzema prostokatnymi otworami; Odmiana 2 - Zestaw lamp o obrysie kolowym z elementami kompozy- cyjnymi w ksztalcie prostokatów z dwoma prostokatny- mi otworami; Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 - przedstawia w uproszczony sposób lampe wiszaca odmiany 1 w widoku zprzodu, fig. 1.1 przedstawia w uproszczony sposób lampe wiszaca odmiany 2 w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia w uproszczony sposób lampy w odmianie 1 i w odmianie 2 w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia kinkiet pro- sty w uproszczonym widoku z góry, fig. 4 przedstawia kinkiet naroznikowy w uproszczonym widoku z góry. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamps, according to the solution, manifests itself in their shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give them distinctive decorative and functional features. The industrial design is a set of lamp sets in two varieties: Variation 1 - A set of circular lamps with rectangular compositional elements with three rectangular openings; Variation 2 - Set of lamps with a circular outline with compositional elements in the shape of rectangles with two rectangular openings; The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows a simplified front view of a hanging lamp of variant 1, fig. 1.1 shows a simplified front view of a hanging lamp of variant 2, fig. 2 shows a simplified top view of the lamps of variant 1 and 2, fig. 3 shows a simplified top view of a straight wall lamp, fig. 4 shows a simplified top view of a corner wall lamp. The set of lamps according to the pattern is characterized by the fact that the individual sets, which include: a hanging lamp, a straight wall lamp and a corner wall lamp, have identical rectangular compositional elements, with holes on the outer side, on the column side profiled in the shape of a stylized "U" letter, matching the shape of the lighting fixture with a bulb and connected with mounting discs, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 1.1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The hanging lamp according to the pattern has a two-part column, thicker at the bottom and thinner at the top, ending in a plate in the thicker part and a disc placed above it with slots for mounting compositional elements, lighting fixtures and another mounting disc, while the thinner part of the column it is finished under the ceiling with a cover with a plate from which the power cables are led out and pass through the second mounting disc to the lighting fixtures, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1. The wall lamp is characterized by a short column with two, lower and upper, mounting plates, with lighting fixtures between them and embedded compositional elements of the lamp identical to those in the hanging lamp, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 2 and fig. 3. The lamp and wall lamps in the first version have compositional elements with three rectangular holes, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. The lamp in the first version has a circular outer outline, while the lighting fixtures are arranged horizontally, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. The straight wall lamp in the first version has an outer outline similar to a semicircle, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2.
