Abstract
Zamknięcie nastawcze rozjazdu nawierzchni torowej, ma zespół dwóch zamków połączonych drążkiem suwakowym. Każdy z zamków ma opórkę (1), klamrę (4) i suwak (3), przy czym klamra (4) i suwak (3) umieszczone są w oknie opórki (1) z pozostawieniem wolnych przestrzeni po ich obu bocznych stronach. Klamra (4) jest ułożyskowana obrotowo w płaszczyźnie pionowej w uchwycie (7) połączonym z iglicą (11) rozjazdu. Uchwyt (7) ma u dołu parę pierwszych występów pomiędzy którymi jest przesuwnie ułożyskowany suwak (3), zaś suwak (3) ma parę drugich występów (10), pomiędzy którymi jest przesuwnie ułożyskowana klamra (4). Zamknięcie charakteryzuje się tym, że do uchwytu (7) jest przytwierdzony gwintowymi elementami (15) ogranicznik (16), który zawiera widełki w kształcie litery "U" z fasolkowymi otworami w ich ramionach (18) oraz odchodzący od widełek zderzak (19), usytuowany poniżej suwaka (3), przy czym ogranicznik (16) jest tak przytwierdzony do uchwytu (7), że w pozycji zamknięcia zamka koniec jego zderzaka (19) opiera się o opórkę (1) lub element sztywno związany z opórką (1).The adjusting lock of the track surface has a set of two locks connected by a slide bar.
