Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest samojezdny wóz wiercący do niskich wyrobisk typu Face Master 1.7 L, który składa się z ciągnika (2) posiadającego budowę ramową o zwartej bryle, stanowiąc podstawę pod zabudowę potrzebnych komponentów i podzespołów tej części maszyny, posiada układ hydrostatyczny jazdy składający się z silnika spalinowego z zespołem pomp hydraulicznych zasilania układu jazdy zasilających silniki hydrostatyczne, do których mocowane są koła napędowe samojezdnego wozu wiercącego. Ponadto wóz posiada platformę (1) mającą budowę ramową z zabudowaną na jej ramie kapsułkową kabiną (4) operatora wspartą na dwóch słupach teleskopowych umożliwiających uzyskanie ruchu góra-dół w zakresie 1700 mm - 1900 mm (skok 200 mm). W kabinie zamontowany jest pulpit jazdy, w skład którego wchodzi koło kierownicy wraz z orbitrolem sterujące dwoma siłownikami hydraulicznymi powodując skręt maszyny, z jego poziomu odbywa się również sterowanie dodatkowymi funkcjami układu m.in. załączanie napędu na cztery koła, a do sterowania przyspieszeniem oraz hamowaniem maszyny zostały zastosowane dwa pedały elektryczne, umieszczone pod kołem kierownicy, w kabinie (4) zamontowany jest również pulpit wiercenia. Ciągnik (2) i platforma (1) połączone są dwuosiowym przegubem o dwóch osiach obrotu: pionowej, uzyskanej przez zastosowanie zespołu sworznia pionowego oraz poziomej przez zastosowanie łożyska wielkogabarytowego, co zapewnia optymalne parametry przejazdu maszyn, które ze względu na ciężkie warunki pracy są w dużym stopniu ograniczone przez specyfikę eksploatacji złoża.The subject of the application is a self-propelled drilling vehicle for low headings of the Face Master 1.7 L type, which consists of a tractor (2) having a compact frame structure, constituting the basis for building the necessary components and sub-assemblies of this part of the machine, has a driving hydrostatic system consisting of an engine diesel engine with a set of hydraulic pumps supplying the driving system supplying hydrostatic engines to which the driving wheels of a self-propelled drilling vehicle are attached. In addition, the car has a platform (1) having a frame construction with a capsule operator's cabin (4) built on its frame supported on two telescopic poles enabling obtaining up-down movement in the range of 1700 mm - 1900 mm (stroke 200 mm). The driving console is mounted in the cabin, which includes a steering wheel with an orbitrol controlling two hydraulic cylinders, causing the machine to turn, from its level there is also control of additional system functions, including switching on four-wheel drive, and two electric pedals, located under the steering wheel, were used to control the acceleration and braking of the machine, in the cabin (4) a drilling console is also mounted. The tractor (2) and the platform (1) are connected by a two-axis articulation with two axes of rotation: vertical, obtained by the use of a vertical bolt assembly and horizontal by the use of a large-size bearing, which ensures optimal parameters of the machine travel, which due to heavy working conditions are in large limited by the specifics of deposit exploitation.
