Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor do prowadzenia procesów chemicznych, który składa się z pionowej stożkowej komory (3) z kanałem, w którym znajdują się co najmniej dwie elektrody (6) zasilane z układu elektrycznego, otworu wlotowego (5) doprowadzającego strumień gazu oraz otworu wylotowego produktów reakcji. Pod wlotem gazu znajduje się wstępna komora cyklonowa (1) z umieszczonym wewnątrz wlotem (1a) surowca gazowego, przy czym wlot (1a) surowca gazowego umieszczony jest stycznie do wewnętrznej ściany wstępnej komory cyklonowej (1). Średnica wewnętrzna wstępnej komory cyklonowej (1) jest od 5 do 20 razy większa od średnicy kanału (3), w którym znajdują się elektrody (6).The subject of the application is a reactor for conducting chemical processes, which consists of a vertical conical chamber (3) with a channel in which there are at least two electrodes (6) supplied from the electric system, inlet (5) supplying the gas stream and outlet of products reaction. Under the gas inlet there is a pre-cyclone chamber (1) with an inlet (1a) of gas feed located inside, where the inlet (1a) of the gas is tangentially located to the inner wall of the initial cyclone chamber (1). The internal diameter of the initial cyclone chamber (1) is 5 to 20 times the diameter of the channel (3) in which the electrodes (6) are located.
