Description

Istotna zaleta sposobu wedlug wynalazku jest znaczna wytrzymalosc stabilizowanego gruntu, gdyz pyl keramzytowy wprowadzony do porów miedzy ziarna osrodka gruntowego dokladnie je wypelnia i w efekcie zmniejsza wspólczynnik filtracji wody do gruntu. Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. There are known and commonly used methods of soil stabilization by mechanical means, consisting in compaction and granulation of natural soil components or by chemical means. The stabilizing factors are synthetic resins, cement, tar, lime, and as The filler uses lignite fly ash or from the electrostatic precipitators of cement plants. The described methods are expensive, especially when using synthetic resins, and are burdensome due to the need to transport raw materials from usually distant localities, which has a negative impact on the rhythmic supply and economics of production. The invention is to develop an economical method of soil stabilization, based on the raw materials of the local industry. A method of soil stabilization consisting in mixing the native or delivered soil with cement, filler or water with appropriate equipment, and then consolidation, according to The invention is characterized by the fact that the filler is made of expanded clay, added in an amount up to 30% in relation to the remaining components of the binding materials. The significant advantage of the method according to the invention is the considerable strength of the stabilized soil, because the expanded clay is introduced into the pores between the grains of the soil medium exactly fills them and, as a result, reduces the water-to-soil filtration ratio. In addition, the use of expanded clay allows the utilization of the waste material and reduces the amount of binding materials that are deficient in the production of binders, such as, for example, cement, imported from considerable distances. The invention is explained in detail on the example of the composition of the mixture and the method of its production. The native or transported soil is a 14 cm thick layer, then 20 kg of cement and 5 kg of expanded clay are added to each 1 m2 of this layer, this composition is supplemented with water added in an amount depending on the degree of moisture in the stabilized soil. The method of soil stabilization according to the invention is based on the fact that the native or foreign soil is spread in an even layer, is mixed with the use of construction or agricultural machinery with 20 kg of cement and 5 kg of expanded clay, added in this amount for each 1 m2 of soil surface with the thickness of the stabilized layer, amounting to 14cm. The above ingredients are possibly topped up with water, depending on the soil moisture content. The stabilized layer, mixed with cement and expanded clay, is leveled and compacted with a rubber roller, and then undergoes care during the first days, consisting in pouring water on this stabilized layer. Patent disclaimer A method of soil stabilization consisting in mixing native or foreign soil with cement , filler and water, characterized by the fact that expanded clay is used as the filler, added in an amount up to 30% in relation to the binding material.
