Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest opakowanie zamykane, mające kształt prostopadłościanu o prostokątnej podstawie, stanowiącej dno opakowania, którego dłuższe boki są połączone ze ścianami bocznymi przednią i tylną, zaś prostokątne skrzydła przyległe do boków ścian przedniej i tylnej tworzą drugą parę ścian bocznych. Zamknięcie opakowania tworzą dwa zachodzące na siebie skrzydła pokrywy, utworzone przez zagięcie ścian przedniej (2) oraz tylnej, zamykane pasem warstwy klejącej (11). Zewnętrzne skrzydło pokrywy, połączone z tylną ścianą boczną, posiada prostokątną klapę (9), zachodzącą na ścianę przednią opakowania (2). Do obu przeciwległych boków klapy (9) przylegają skrzydełka (10), zachodzące na sąsiednie, boczne ściany opakowania (3). Narożne pola (9') klapy (9), przy krawędzi czołowej, przyległe do bocznych skrzydełek (10) są odrywalne wzdłuż łukowatych linii perforacji (12), w których znajdują się podłużne szczeliny (13). Na wewnętrznych powierzchniach klapy (9) i bocznych skrzydełek (10), stykających się z bocznymi ścianami opakowania (2, 3) znajduje się pas warstwy klejącej (11), równoległy do czołowej krawędzi klapy (9) i skrzydełek (10), zabezpieczony pasem folii osłonowej, położony w taki sposób, że na przecięciu z liniami perforacji (12) przebiega w świetle podłużnych szczelin (13).The subject of the application is a closed package, having the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, constituting the bottom of the package, the longer sides of which are connected with the front and rear side walls, and the rectangular wings adjacent to the sides of the front and rear walls form the second pair of side walls. The package closure is formed by two overlapping wings of the cover, formed by folding the front (2) and rear walls, closed with a strip of adhesive layer (11). The outer wing of the cover, connected to the rear side wall, has a rectangular flap (9), overlapping the front wall of the package (2). On both opposite sides of the flap (9) there are wings (10), overlapping the adjacent side walls of the package (3). The corner fields (9 ') of the flap (9) adjacent the side flaps (10) adjacent the side flaps (10) are breakable along arcuate perforation lines (12) in which there are longitudinal slots (13). On the inner surfaces of the flap (9) and side flaps (10), in contact with the side walls of the package (2, 3), there is a strip of adhesive layer (11), parallel to the front edge of the flap (9) and the wings (10), secured with a strip of the cover foil, placed in such a way that at the intersection with the perforation lines (12) it runs in the light of the longitudinal slots (13).
