Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest wyżymaczko - wstrząsarka przeznaczona do odzyskiwania pozostałości mas plastycznych (masy ceramiczne, tiokol, kleje, farby, żywice, silikony, itp.) z worków foliowych umiejscowionych w beczkach transportowych o pojemności 100 i 200 litrów po procesie opróżniania ich przez urządzenia ssawne linii technologicznej (np. tiokolarki). Wyżymaczko - wstrząsarka składająca się z korpusu (1), w którym osadzono trzy łożyskowane tocznie walce których osie są do siebie równoległe, przy czym walec wyżymający (12) i walec naciągowy (14) usytuowane są w stałej odległości, a zamocowanie walca wyżymającego (20) na obrotowym ramieniu umożliwia zmianę odległości między osiami walców (12 i 20) tworząc zmienną szerokość szczeliny (s) umożliwiającą wyżymanie z foliowego worka masy plastycznej, zaś w części dolnej z korpusem (3) połączona jest płyta (1) za pomocą sprężyn (2) o różnej sztywności, wprawiana w ruch drgający w wyniku obrotu napędzanego silnikiem przegubowego wałka (5), osadzonego jednym łożyskowanym czopem w korpusie (1) a drugim łożyskowanym mimośrodowym czopem połączonym z płytą wibracyjną (3).The subject of the utility model is a wringer - shaker designed to recover plastic mass residues (ceramic masses, thiocol, adhesives, paints, resins, silicones, etc.) from plastic bags located in transport barrels with a capacity of 100 and 200 liters after the process of emptying them by suction devices technological line (e.g. thiololators). The wringer-shaker consists of a body (1), in which three rolling-bearing rollers are mounted, whose axes are parallel to each other, the wringer roller (12) and the winding roller (14) are located at a fixed distance, and the wrapping roller (20 ) on the rotary arm, it allows you to change the distance between the axes of the cylinders (12 and 20) by creating a variable gap width (s) allowing wringing out of the plastic bag plastic, while in the bottom part the body (3) is connected to the plate (1) by means of springs (2 ) of varying stiffness, set in vibrating motion as a result of rotation of the motor-driven articulated shaft (5), seated with one ball-bearing journal in the body (1) and the other with the eccentric ball-bearing journal connected to the vibration plate (3).
