Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest oczyszczarka przewodów transportowanych w izolacji epoksydowej z napędem elektrycznym, umożliwiająca mechaniczne usunięcie izolacji epoksydowej z przewodów transponowanych CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductors). Oczyszczarka charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera modułowy korpus (2), który wykonany jest z modułów środkowego (2a), zamykającego (2b) i końcowego (2c) połączonych ze sobą mechanicznie, przy czym moduł środkowy korpusu (2a) usytuowany jest pomiędzy modułem zamykającym (2b) i modułem końcowym (2c) w osi wzdłużnej korpusu (2) i w osi obrotowego wałka napędowego. Do modułu zamykającego (2b) zamocowany jest przegubowo uchwyt mocujący (5), który zaopatrzony jest w wymienny element dociskający (5a), przystosowany do wymiarów przewodu oczyszczanego (6) i do bocznego wycięcia (7), wykonanego w module zamykającym (2b). Moduł końcowy (2c) połączony jest osiowo z giętkim przewodem odprowadzającym (3).The subject of the utility model is a wire cleaner transported in epoxy insulation with electric drive, enabling mechanical removal of epoxy insulation from transposed CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductors) wires. The cleaner is characterized by having a modular body (2), which is made of middle (2a), closing (2b) and end (2c) modules mechanically connected to each other, with the middle module of the body (2a) located between the closing module (2b) and end module (2c) in the longitudinal axis of the body (2) and in the axis of the rotary drive shaft. A fastening handle (5) is articulated to the closing module (2b), which is equipped with a replaceable clamping element (5a), adapted to the dimensions of the cleaned pipe (6) and to the side cutout (7) made in the closing module (2b). The end module (2c) is connected axially to the drain hose (3).
