Description

Przedmiotem wynalazkujest sposób spawania elektrycznego plazmowego w atmosferze ochronnej. Do plyty-elektrody 2 i do elektrody 4 usytuowanej koncentrycznie w dyszy gazu plazmowego 8a oraz w dyszy gazu ochronnego 8b dolaczone jest zródlo pradu z ukladem sterowania 7.Wlacza sie zródlo pradu 7 doprowadza sie kolejno gaz plazmowy i ochronny poprzez dysze 8a, 8b i powo¬ duje zajarzenie luku elektrycznego 6 pomiedzy elektroda 4, a plyta-elektroda 2 poprzez przedmioty spawa¬ nia 1, w szczelinie miedzy nimi. Po nadtopieniu krawedzi spawanych przedmiotów wytwarza sie otworek 5, który spelnia role dyszy zwezajacej luk elektryczny 6 i powstaje plazma. Na skutek wysokiej temperatury scianka otworka 5 topi sie i w miare przesuwania elektrody 4 wraz z plazma przesuwa sie równiez otworek 5 i powstaje spoina. A method of electric plasma welding is known, in which the plasma is produced between a non-consumable electrode and the welded material. The plasma passes through the tapered nozzles of the burner and a protective gas atmosphere is surrounded. The plasma melts the edges of the joined objects. The temperature is the highest in the torch nozzle and therefore the nozzle requires good cooling. The essence of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that the welded objects are brought into contact with each other without bevelling on the non-fusible plate-electrode through insulating washers. After ignition in a known manner between the plate-electrode and the electrode through the weld point, a hole is produced at this point, by melting the welded workpieces, which is a natural nozzle for the plasma. When welding with the method according to the invention, the highest temperature is obtained at the spot This ensures a narrow range of the heat affected zone, and thus favorable properties of the joint. Welding is fast, it does not require bevelling of the edges and additional binder. The method according to the invention is explained on the basis of the embodiment shown in the drawing, which shows the welding apparatus. On the electrode-plate 2, through insulating washers 3, the objects to be welded 1 are placed in contact with soba at the welding points. A power source with a control system is connected to the electrode plate 2 and to the electrode 4 located concentrically in the plasma gas nozzle 8a and in the shielding gas nozzle 8b. The power source 7 is then supplied with the plasma gas and the protective gas through nozzles 8a, 8b and a loop. Ignites the electric arc 6 between the electrode 4 and the plate-electrode 2 through the welding objects 1, in the gap between them. After the edge of the welded workpieces has been melted, a hole 5 is created, which acts as a nozzle that tapers the electric gap 6 and a plasma is formed. Due to the high temperature, the wall of the hole 5 melts, and as the electrode 4 moves along with the plasma, the hole 5 also moves and a weld is formed. Mechanization and automation of the welding process is possible.2 126 437 Patent claim A method of electric and plasma welding in an atmosphere of protective gases, characterized in that the objects to be welded (1) are placed in contact with each other on a non-consumable electrode plate (2) through an insulating chock (3) and after ignition of the arc (6) between the plate-electrode (2) and the electrode (4) through the weld point in a known manner, a hole (5) is formed at this point by melting the workpieces (1) natural nozzles for plasma. argon + hydrogen A 8a 8b Printing office of the Polish People's Republic.
