Taki sposób postepowania umozliwia uzyskanie laminatu pozbawionego pecherzyków powietrza uwiezio¬ nych w przestrzeni oczek dzianiny wzmacniajacej, trwale spojonego o wysokich walorach uzytkowych i wytrzy¬ malosciowych.Przyklad zastosowania sposobu wedlug wynalazku zostanie omówiony w oparciu o rysunek przedstawiajacy schemat urzadzenia do realizacji tego sposobu.Termoplastyczna folie 4 ogrzana wstepnie do temperatury plastycznosci jej tworzywa podaje sie wraz z napieta i dwustronnie powierzchniowo nagrzana tasma wzmacniajaca 5 w postaci dzianiny lub siatki do zespolu wstepnego prasowania 2. Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wytwarzania wzmocnionych laminatów foliowych przez dociskanie warstw zewnetrznych i srodk¬ owej warstwy wzmacniajacej do bebna grzewczego przy uzyciu luznej rolki dociskowej a nastepnie scalenie ich w prasie walcowej, znamienny tym, ze wstepnie ogrzana do temperatury plastycznosci tworzywa folie oraz napieta i ogrzana dwustronnie powierzchniowo warstwe wzmacniajaca w postaci dzianiny lub siatki wprowa¬ dza sie do zespolu wstepnego prasowania po czym wstepnie napieta tasme wytworzonego laminatu dwuwar¬ stwowego podaje na cylindryczna powierzchnie obrotowego bebna grzewczego na której warstwe wzmacniajaca dodatkowo napreza sie a nastepnie do napietego laminatu dwuwarstwowego dociska sie rolka od strony warstwy wzmacniajacej druga folie ogrzana uprzednio do temperatury plastycznosci jej tworzywa.126 049 PLThe subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing thin foil laminates reinforced with a tape made of another material, especially a thin knit or mesh, and consisting of at least three layers, the outer layers being a thermoplastic plastic film, and the inner reinforcing layer - the aforementioned knitted fabric or mesh. In order to increase the mechanical strength of foil laminates intended, in particular, for covering garden tunnels, for the production of floors for tents or for packaging purposes, a doubling of a thermoplastic foil web with a reinforcing layer, e.g. knitted fabric, is used. A well-known method of producing foil laminates consisting of two layers of thermoplastic foil, between the reinforcing layer consists of the simultaneous pressing of the three layers of the laminate by pressing them against the rotating heating drum with the use of a loosely rotating pressure roller. Pressed against the surface of the heating drum, the laminate layers are pre-combined and then fed to the roll press. The laminate assembled in the roll press is cooled and then further processed as a finished product. The method described above is represented by the German patent description No. 2,503757, in which the process of continuous doubling and lamination of the film consists in joining two taut films pressed against a heating drum with strictly different temperatures on its working surface. From the German patent description No. 1.504097 a method of producing tapes or plates is known. made of transparent, thermoplastic plastics with embedded reinforcement inserts, where the heated plastic plate is placed on one of the calender drums, and then the other plate, and the whole is connected between the calender rolls. There are infrared heaters located near the calender rolls to prevent surface cooling. The method of single or double-sided lamination of a cardboard band with polystyrene material, known from the German patent description No. 2,341,696, consists in applying a layer of molten material fed from the head of a slotted extruder to the set of two rolls in order to spread, glue and cool the material on the cardboard surface, and then cover the cardboard on the other side, introduce it to the next roller unit and roll the finished product into bales. 2 126049 In turn, US patent no. 3,976,528 describes a method of producing a foil laminate at least four-layer bonded between two rollers, using a molten thermoplastic extruded by the slot heads, between the second and fourth layer, and the above-mentioned film web with the hot material band simultaneously contact in the inter-roller gap of the pressing unit. they enable the production of laminates from smooth layers, e.g. foil layers, but in the case of using a reinforcing layer made of a rare knitted fabric or mesh, they are completely unreliable. The condition for a good connection of two tapes of thermoplastic foil with this type of reinforcement layer is the complete removal of air from the space of weaves of the knitted fabric or mesh meshes and permanent bonding of the foil material to the reinforcement layer material. The simultaneous squeezing of the two film strips with the central reinforcement layer by means of cylindrical assemblies causes the pre-bonded laminate layers to delaminate again after the pressure is removed. The reason for this phenomenon lies in the fact that the air confined in the mesh space of the knitted fabric or mesh is compressed during the pressing of the layers and then, after removing the pressure, it expands, tearing off the connected, hot foil layers. The laminate produced in this way has low performance and strength parameters. Surprisingly, it was found that by separating the laminate bonding process into two successive operations, the air was completely pushed out between the mesh spaces of the knitted fabric (mesh) and all the layers of the laminate were permanently connected with each other. in the fact that the foil pre-heated to the plastic plasticity temperature and the tensed and surface-heated reinforcing layer in the form of a knitted or mesh are introduced into the preliminary pressing unit, and then the pre-tensioned tape of the produced double-layer laminate is fed to the cylindrical surface of the rotary heating drum, on whose reinforcing layer is additionally stretched, and then a roller is pressed against the tensioned two-layer laminate, from the side of the reinforcing layer, the second film, previously heated to the plastic plasticity temperature. inatu free of air bubbles trapped in the mesh space of the reinforcing knitted fabric, permanently bonded with high usability and durability. An example of the application of the method according to the invention will be discussed on the basis of a drawing showing a diagram of a device for carrying out this method. Thermoplastic foil 4 preheated to temperature plasticity of its material is fed together with the tensioned and surface-heated reinforcement belt 5 in the form of a knitted or mesh to the pre-pressing unit 2. The reinforcement belt 5 is tightened by means of a brake roller, not shown. After leaving the pre-pressing unit, the foil 4 together with the reinforcing tape 5 is fed to the cylindrical surface of the rotating heating drum 1. On the section defined by the points where the laminate layers are pressed together, i.e. between the pressure point of the roll 3 to the heating drum and the pressure point of the pre-pressing rollers 2, the condition of longitudinal tension of the reinforcing tape connected with the foil 4 is created, thanks to which additional embossing of the foil material into the mesh space of the knitted fabric or reinforcing mesh and their exact adhesion to the surface of the heating drum is obtained. Additional tension of the produced two-layer laminate is obtained by varying the circumferential speed of the rollers of the pre-pressing unit 2 in relation to the circumferential speed of the heating drum 1. The resulting pre-stressed two-layer laminate adhering to the cylindrical surface of the heating drum is pressed from the side of the reinforcing layer by means of a doc roller isowa 3, the second film 6 is previously heated to the plasticity temperature of its material. The three-layer laminate produced is collected from the drum and directed to the cylindrical final pressing unit, not shown in the drawing, and then cooled and stored as the final product. Patent claim A method of producing reinforced film laminates by pressing external and external layers of the middle reinforcing layer to the heating drum by means of a loose pressure roller and then their consolidation in a roll press, characterized by the fact that the foil preheated to the plastic plastic temperature and the two-sidedly tensed and heated reinforcement layer in the form of a knitted or mesh is inserted into the pre-pressing unit, and then the pre-tensioned belt of the produced double-layer laminate is fed to the cylindrical surface of the rotating heating drum, on which the reinforcing layer is additionally stretched and then pressed against the tensioned double-layer laminate the roller from the side of the reinforcing layer, the second foil, previously heated to the plasticity temperature of its material. 126 049 PL
