Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy systemu smarowania liny stalowej, przy czym system smarowania (16) jest przystosowany do użytku w połączeniu z układem (10), przy czym system smarowania (16) zawiera: przewód rurowy (18) przystosowany do zamontowania w pobliżu bębna liny (14) do doprowadzania oleju smarującego ze zbiornika (32) oleju smarującego, co najmniej jedną dyszę (20) połączoną z przewodem rurowym (18), do rozpylania oleju smarującego na linę stalową (12), gdy lina stalowa (12) nawinięta jest na bęben liny (14), przy czym dysza (20) jest przystosowana do zamontowania w połączeniu z bębnem liny (14), pompę (24) do pompowania oleju smarującego, połączoną z przewodem rurowym (18) oraz urządzenie sterujące do obsługi pompy (24). Pompa (24) jest pompą wysokociśnieniową (24) doprowadzającą olej smarujący pod ciśnieniem 20 - 100 bar, korzystnie 40 - 70 bar. Rozwiązanie dotyczy również układu i sposobu smarowania liny stalowej.The solution concerns a steel rope lubrication system, whereby the lubrication system (16) is adapted for use in connection with the system (10), wherein the lubrication system (16) comprises: a pipe (18) adapted to be mounted near the rope drum (14) for supplying lubricating oil from the lubricating oil tank (32), at least one nozzle (20) connected to the pipe (18), for spraying the lubricating oil onto the steel cable (12) when the steel cable (12) is wound on the cable drum ( 14), the nozzle (20) being adapted to be mounted in conjunction with the cable drum (14), a pump (24) for pumping lubricating oil, connected to a pipe (18) and a control device for operating the pump (24). The pump (24) is a high-pressure pump (24) supplying lubricating oil at 20-100 bar, preferably 40-70 bar. The solution also applies to the system and method of lubricating the steel rope.
