Abstract
Gazogenerator materiałów organicznych charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z trzech sekcji (2, 5, 7), gdzie górna sekcja (2) wykonana jest w kształcie cylindra i w niej zainstalowane są elementy (3) wywołujące ruch wirowy, średnia sekcja (5) ma kształt cylindra, powiązanego szczytami z większymi podstawami części, mających kształt ściętych stożków i w niej znajdują się dwa króćce (6) do odprowadzania gazu zaś dolna sekcja (7) wykonana jest w kształcie ostrego stożka ciętego, w dolnej części wyposażona jest w dysze (8) do podania utleniacza do komory generatora gazu. Wyposażony jest w dwa wymienniki ciepła (11) i kolektor rozdzielczy (12), którego wyjścia połączone są z elementami (3) wywołującymi ruch wirowy oraz dyszami (8). Korzystnie wyposażony jest w podajnik utleniacza (10), wykonany w postaci dmuchawy z przetwornicą częstotliwości, a wyjście dmuchawy poprzez rurociąg jest powiązane z dwoma wymiennikiem ciepła (11), których wyjście jest podłączone do kolektora (12), a wyjścia kolektora poprzez rurociągi z regulowanymi zasuwami (13) są powiązane z dyszami (8) oraz elementami wywołującymi ruch wirowy (3). Posiada urządzenie do załadunku paliwa do gazogeneratora oraz urządzenie (15) do odprowadzania popiołu z gazogeneratora, które są wykonane w formie ślimaków z przetwornicą częstotliwości.The organic material gasifier is characterized by the fact that it consists of three sections (2, 5, 7), where the upper section (2) is made in the shape of a cylinder and the elements (3) that cause vortex motion are installed, the medium section (5) has the shape of a cylinder, connected with tops with larger bases of parts, having the shape of truncated cones and in it there are two stub pipes (6) for gas evacuation and the lower section (7) is made in the shape of a sharp cut cone, in the lower part it is equipped with nozzles (8) to feed the oxidant into the gas generator chamber. It is equipped with two heat exchangers (11) and a distribution manifold (12), whose outputs are connected to elements (3) causing vortex motion and nozzles (8). Preferably, it is equipped with an oxidizer feeder (10), made in the form of a blower with a frequency converter, and the blower outlet through the pipeline is connected to two heat exchangers (11), whose output is connected to the collector (12), and the collector outputs through regulated pipelines the sliders (13) are associated with the nozzles (8) and elements causing the swirl movement (3). It has a device for loading fuel into the gasifier and a device (15) for removing ash from the gasifier, which are made in the form of snails with a frequency converter.
