Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podwyzszona podstawka ozdobna nadajaca sie do ustawiania szklanek z woda lub innymi plynami, owoców lub innych produktów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter podwyzszona podstawka ozdobna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok podwyzszonej podstawki ozdobnej, a fig.2 - widok podwyzszonej podstawki ozdobnej ze zdjeta pólka górna. Podwyzszona podstawka ozdobna ma stabilna konstrukcje nosna z podstawa w ksztalcie krzyza, którego kazde ramie jest zakonczone ograniczajacymi podporami i posiada dwie pólki dolna i górna. Obydwie pólki maja ksztalt kolisty. Pólka dolna jest umieszczona na podstawie w ksztalcie krzyza i jest zabezpieczona przed przesunieciem ograniczajacymi podporami posiadajacymi w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trapezu. Wszystkie cztery podpory ograniczajace zwezaja sie ku górze. Powierzchnie czolowa i boczne podpór ograniczajacych maja ksztalt trapezu i sa pochyle przy czym kat nachylenia powierzchni czolowej jest wiekszy niz powierzchni bocznych. Powierzchnia wewnetrzna podpór ograniczajacych jest lekko wklesla przez co kolista pólka dolna dobrze przylega do ich powierzchni wewnetrznej w miejscach styku. Ponadto kat nachylenia powierzchni wewnetrznej jest mniejszy niz powierzchni bocznych podpór ograniczajacych. Powierzchnia górna podpór ograniczajacych o ksztalcie prostokata jest plaska i ma od góryprostopadle podciecia od strony wewnetrznej sluzace do podparcia pólki górnej podstawki. Na dolnej pólce sa symetrycznie i pentagonalnie rozmieszczone kamienie naturalne w tym krysztaly górskie. Na górnej pólce plaskiej jest umieszczony w srodku rysunek spirali. Srednica górnej pólki podwyzszonej podstawki ozdobnej jest wieksza niz srednica dolnej pólki. Konstrukcja nosna podwyzszonej podstawki ozdobnej skladajaca sie podstawy krzyzowej z podporami ograniczajacymi jest odlana z metalu i posiada siec plytkich wglebien na calej powierzchni. Obydwie koliste pólki górna i dolna sa wykonane ze szkla. Podwyzszona podstawka ozdobna jest wykorzystywana do energetyzowania wody i zywnosci. The industrial design is for a raised decorative stand suitable for holding glasses of water or other liquids, fruit, or other products. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique raised decorative stand. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the raised decorative stand, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the raised decorative stand with the top shelf removed. The raised decorative stand has a stable supporting structure with a cross-shaped base, each arm terminated with supporting supports, and has two shelves: a lower one and an upper one. Both shelves are circular. The lower shelf is placed on a cross-shaped base and is secured against displacement by limiting supports with a trapezoidal cross-section. All four limiting supports taper upwards. The front and side surfaces of the limiting supports are trapezoidal and inclined, with the angle of inclination of the front surface being greater than that of the side surfaces. The inner surface of the limiting supports is slightly concave, allowing the circular lower shelf to adhere securely to their inner surface at the contact points. Furthermore, the angle of inclination of the inner surface is less than that of the lateral limiting supports. The upper surface of the rectangular limiting supports is flat and has perpendicular undercuts on the inner side, serving as support for the upper shelf of the base. Natural stones, including rock crystals, are symmetrically and pentagonally arranged on the lower shelf. The upper flat shelf features a spiral design in the center. The diameter of the upper shelf of the raised decorative base is larger than the diameter of the lower shelf. The supporting structure of the raised decorative base, consisting of a cross-shaped base with supporting supports, is cast in metal and features a network of shallow recesses throughout. Both the upper and lower circular shelves are made of glass. The raised decorative base is used to energize water and food. Essential features of the industrial design: A raised decorative stand is characterized by the fact that it has a stable supporting structure with a base in the shape of a cross, each arm of which is terminated with limiting supports and has two shelves: a lower and an upper one, wherein on the outer surface of the lower shelf there are natural stones, including rock crystals, while on the upper shelf there is a spiral drawing placed in the middle, and both shelves are circular in shape, wherein the lower shelf is placed on a base in the shape of a cross and is secured against shifting by limiting supports having a trapezoidal shape in cross-section, which narrow upwards and are inclined, wherein the angle of inclination of the front surface is greater than that of the side surfaces, and the inner surface of the limiting supports is slightly concave, thanks to which the circular lower and upper shelves adhere well to their inner surface in contact points, and the angle of inclination of the inner surface is smaller than the surfaces of the lateral limiting supports, moreover, the upper surface of the rectangular limiting supports is flat and has perpendicular undercuts on the inner side at the top to support the upper shelf of the base, and the diameter of the upper shelf is larger than the diameter of the lower shelf, and furthermore, the casting of the support structure of the base is made of metal and its entire surface is porous, as shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
