Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii. Stól ma usytuowany na cokole owainy blat. który jest wsparty na dwóch kolumnach, z podstawami. Podstawa kolumny ma forme trójnoga. Kolumny sa brylami obrotowymi zwezaiacymi sie ku górze, natomiast czesci dolnekolumn, z których wychodza w dól trójnogi, sa cylindryczne. Czesci dolne Kolumn przechodza promieniowymi przewezeniami w zgrubienia kielichów czesci górnych. Kielichy maja wzdluzne rowki biegnace wzdluz kolumn. Krawedzie górne kielichów sa liniami falistymi zlozonymi z szeregów równych luków z wybrzuszeniami skierowanymi w góre. Z podstaw czesci dolnych kolumn wychodza w dól helmy z wystepami wychodzacymi z ich osi. Wystepy przypominaja ksztaltami owoc debu. Krawedzie nóg trójnogów przypominaja forma rogi bawole. Z powierzchni bocznych nóg, w okolicy ich konców wychodza rozety w formie szeregów wspólsrodkowych kól. Krawedz blatu na calym obwodzie jest pocieniona i zaokraglona, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii. PL PL PLRafal Szik Mieszków. Poland Table. Ornamental design protection has been in effect since June 9, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a table. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines, and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached photograph. The table has an oval top placed on a plinth, supported by two columns with bases. The base of the column is in the form of a tripod. The columns are solids of revolution, tapering upwards, while the lower parts of the columns, from which the tripods extend downwards, are cylindrical. The lower parts of the columns merge with the thickening of the cups of the upper parts through radial constrictions. The cups have longitudinal grooves running along the columns. The upper edges of the cups are wavy lines composed of rows of equal arcs with upward bulges. From the bases of the lower columns extend downward, cupolas with projections extending from their axes. The projections resemble oak fruit in shape. The edges of the tripod legs resemble buffalo horns. From the lateral surfaces of the legs, near their ends, rosettes emerge in the form of rows of concentric circles. The edge of the tabletop is thinned and rounded along its entire circumference, as shown in the attached photograph. PL PL PL
