Abstract

Płytowy wymiennik ciepła jest stosowany do zapewnienia wymiany ciepła pomiędzy powietrzem dopływowym i odpływowym w urządzeniach klimatyzacyjnych i wentylacyjnych. Każda z płyt wymiennika zawiera ramę o kształcie sześciokąta oraz prowadnice (4) wewnątrz ramy. Z jednej strony płyty prowadnice są wykonane jako płaskie, a z drugiej jako wypukłe, dwa równoległe boki ramy płyty posiadają fasety (5), natomiast dwa inne równoległe boki ramy płyty posiadają wgłębienia (6). Z kolei boki z fasetami jednej płyty przylegają do boków ramy drugiej płyty z wgłębieniami. Przy czym szerokość boków ram z fasetami jest większa, niż szerokość boków ram z wgłębieniami, przy tym boki ramy z wgłębieniami posiadają otwory, przez które wchodzi i/lub wychodzi powietrze, przepływając przez kanały.
