Abstract

Płytowy wymiennik ciepła jest stosowany do zapewnienia wymiany ciepła pomiędzy powietrzem dopływowym i odpływowym w urządzeniach klimatyzacyjnych i wentylacyjnych. Każda z płyt wymiennika zawiera ramę o kształcie sześciokąta oraz prowadnice (4) wewnątrz ramy. Z jednej strony płyty prowadnice są wykonane jako płaskie, a z drugiej jako wypukłe, dwa równoległe boki ramy płyty posiadają fasety (5), natomiast dwa inne równoległe boki ramy płyty posiadają wgłębienia (6). Z kolei boki z fasetami jednej płyty przylegają do boków ramy drugiej płyty z wgłębieniami. Przy czym szerokość boków ram z fasetami jest większa, niż szerokość boków ram z wgłębieniami, przy tym boki ramy z wgłębieniami posiadają otwory, przez które wchodzi i/lub wychodzi powietrze, przepływając przez kanały.The plate heat exchanger is used to ensure heat exchange between the inlet and outlet air in air conditioning and ventilation equipment. In turn, the sides with the facets of one plate adhere to the sides of the frame of the other plate with cavities. The width of the sides of the frames with facets is greater than the width of the sides of the frames with recesses, while the sides of the frame with recesses have holes through which air enters and / or exits, flowing through the channels.
