LÓDZ MOTOROWO - WIOSLOWA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lódz motorowo - wioslowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do celów rekreacyjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac lodzi motorowo - wioslowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci powierzchni poszczególnych elementów lodzi, ukladzie linii, nadajaca swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do uzyskania okreslonych celów estetycznych, przeznaczona do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Lódz motorowo - wioslowa, typu rekreacyjnego, cechuje prosta, zwarta i estetyczna konstrukcja, spelniajaca podstawowe parametry funkcjonalne dla uzytkowników wyrobu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia lódz w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 lódz w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 lódz w widoku z tylu, Fig. 4 lódz w widoku z przodu.Lódz motorowo - wioslowa, otwarta pokladowa, zwlaszcza rekreacyjna, bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego, sklada sie z monolitycznej skorupy kadluba, zawierajacej w swej konstrukcji lekko wypukle dno lodzi o nieregularnym zarysie, przy czym ukosne burty posiadaja piec wytloczen „redanów" oraz wzdluz lodzi pod linia wodna, w dnie kil, z tym, ze w koncowej czesci lodzi sa dwa dodatkowe kile, a na dziobie uchwyt holowniczy jak pokazano na Fig. 4. Fig.l przedstawia dziobowy, zaokraglony w przedniej czesci poklad z profilowanym obrzezem zakonczonym ochronna listwa z tworzywa sztucznego odpornego na uderzenia, wyposazony jest w znajdujace sie na burcie, dwie umieszczone na rufie knagi oraz jedna, centralnie umieszczona knage na dziobie, oraz znajdujace sie w czesci dziobowej i rufowej klapy - schowki, przy czym otwarty kokpit ponizej glebokiego przetloczenia po obu wewnetrznych stronach burty posiada wystepy sluzace do mocowania siedziska i usytuowane w podlodze tylnej czesci lodzi dwa wybrania stanowiace podpórki pod nogi wioslarza, a z kolei na obu burtachznajduja sie dwa gniazda na dulki mocujace wiosla. Na Fig. 2 przedstawiono lódz motorowo - wioslowa w widoku z boku. gdzie uwidoczniono biegnace wzdluz burty wytloczenia typu „redan" Za schowkiem na rufie usytuowana jest „miska" silnika zaburtowego, zawierajaca charakterystyczny szeroki, profilowany trapezowy zarys z odprowadzeniem wody z „miski" silnika zaburtowego na zewnatrz przez umieszczony w dnie otwór, jak pokazano na Fig. 3. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest oplywowy ksztalt lodzi, miska silnika zaburtowego zawierajaca charakterystyczny szeroki, profilowany trapezowy zarys z odprowadzeniem wody z miski silnika oraz usytuowane po obu zewnetrznych stronach burty wytloczenia typu „redan"Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLMOTOR-ROWING BOAT. The industrial design is for a motor-rowing boat, intended primarily for recreational purposes. The essence of the design is a new form of a motor-rowing boat, manifested in its shape, the surface properties of individual boat components, and the arrangement of lines, imparting a distinctive and original appearance aimed at achieving specific aesthetic goals, intended for multiple reproduction. The motor-rowing boat, a recreational type, is characterized by a simple, compact, and aesthetic design, meeting basic functional parameters for the product's users. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the boat in a top view, Fig. 2 the boat in a side view, Fig. 3 the boat in a rear view, Fig. 4 the boat in a front view. The motor-rowing boat, open deck, especially recreational, which is the subject of the industrial design, consists of a monolithic hull shell, containing in its structure a slightly convex bottom of the boat with an irregular outline, wherein the oblique sides have five embossed "redans" and along the boat under the waterline, in the bottom of the keel, but in the end part of the boat there are two additional keels, and in the bow there is a towing handle as shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 1 shows the bow deck, rounded in the front part, with a profiled rim finished with a protective strip made of plastic resistant to corrosion. impact, is equipped with two cleats located on the side, two cleats located at the stern and one centrally located cleat at the bow, as well as storage compartments located in the bow and stern hatches. The open cockpit below the deep embossment on both inner sides of the side has protrusions for mounting a seat and two recesses located in the floor of the rear part of the boat that serve as supports for the rower's legs, and on both sides there are two sockets for oarlocks for attaching the oars. Fig. 2 shows the motor-rowing boat in a side view. where the "redan" embossings running along the side are visible. Behind the storage compartment at the stern there is an outboard engine "bowl" with a characteristic wide, profiled trapezoidal outline with water drainage from the outboard engine "bowl" to the outside through an opening in the bottom, as shown in Fig. 3.
