W trakcie eksploa¬ tacji maszyny pralniczej niektóre z tych elementów ulegaja zuzyciu. Dotyczy to szczególnie pierscieni uszczelniajacych i lozysk. Powoduje to wystepowa¬ nie przecieków kapieli pioracej z komory pralniczej.Wymiana uszczelnienia lub lozysk umieszczonych w korpusie lozyskowym jest pracochlonna bowiem wymaga rozmontowania uszczelnienia i ulozysko- wania walu glównego bezposrednio w maszynie pralniczej. Czas operacji demontazu i ponownego montazu jest przestojem maszyny pralniczej.Celem rozwiazania wedlug wynalazku jest zwiek¬ szenie trwalosci uszczelnienia maszyny pralniczej od strony walu napedowego oraz skrócenie czasu i ulatwienie wymiany uszczelnienia lozysk oraz innych elementów osadzonych na wale napedowym.Rozwiazanie mocowania walu glównego wedlug wynalazku polega na zastosowaniu tulei rozpreznej, w której zaciskany jest korpus lozyskowy z piers¬ cieniami uszczelniajacymi. For fixing the gear wheel and the rotary drum mounted on the conical faces made on the shaft, a string is used which passes through the hole made through the entire length of the main shaft. The advantage of using the solution according to the invention is the ease of dismantling the elements of 10 15 20 25 bars mounted on the shaft.
