Zespół do rozdrabniania mięsa charakteryzuje duża wydajność przerobu mięsa przy czym struktura rozdrobnionego mięsa zachowuje jednakową strukturę bez oznak miażdżenia. Zespół do rozdrabniania mięsa zawiera: tulejowy korpus (1) zaopatrzony z jednej strony w pierścieniowy kołnierz (2), a z drugiej strony w pierścieniowy kołnierz (3) i stożkową gardziel (4). Tulejowy korpus (1), od strony gardzieli, ma część perforowaną (5). Wewnątrz tulejowego korpusu (1) znajduje się ślimak transportowy (6), osadzony obrotowo w pierścieniowych kołnierzach (2 i 3).
