Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do znako¬ wania w sposób ciagly profili, zwlaszcza z tworzyw termoplastycznych. Urzadzenie przystosowane jest zarówno do pracy w linii do produkcji profili, jak równiez poza linia i sluzyc moze do cechowania pojedynczych odcinków profili.Znane dotychczas sposoby znakowania profili rea¬ lizowane byly,przy uzyciu stempli znakujacych lub tarcz drukujacych. Znakowanie profili odbywa sie najczesciej w kolorze róznym od koloru profilu przy uzyciu farb lub specjalnych tasm barwiacych.Innym sposobem znakowania jest wytlaczanie, wzglednie wypalanie znaku przy uzyciu goracego elementu znakujacego.Znane z opisu, patentowego ZSRR nr 363 611 urza¬ dzenie do ciecia i znakowania rur znakuje odcinki rur za pomoca stempla. Do regulacji stopnia na¬ cisku stempla zastosowano mechanizm w postaci dwóch wózków dociskanych sprezyna oraz klina w ksztalcie litery „U" zaopatrzonego w srube regula¬ cyjna.W urzadzeniach do znakowania wymagany do¬ cisk tarczy do znakowanego profilu realizowany jest za pomoca ukladów elektronicznych, zas do na¬ pedu tasmy drukujacej sluzy oddzielny zespól na¬ pedowy.W urzadzeniu wedlug wynalazku tarcza druku¬ jaca jest zamocowana mimosrodowo na osi moco¬ wanej do korpusu wraz z lozyskowa tuleja, przy czym tarcza drukujaca jest osadzona obrotowo w 10 15 20 25 30 lozyskowej tulei. Takie mocowanie tarczy drukujacej sprawia, ze pomiedzy tarcza dru¬ kujaca a profilem zachodzi sprzezenie cierne co sprawia, ze popychanemu profilowi towarzyszy ob¬ rót tarczy drukujacej i jednoczesne periodyczne odcinskanie znaków za pomoca goracego segmentu drukujacego zabudowanego na pobocznicy tarczy drukujacej.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przy¬ kladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 — w widoku z boku.Tarcza drukujaca 1 osadzona jest obrotowo w lo¬ zyskowej tulei 2. The device is adapted to work both in the line for the production of profiles, as well as outside the line and can be used for marking individual sections of profiles. The previously known methods of marking profiles were implemented with the use of marking stamps or printing discs. Marking of profiles is usually done in a color different from the color of the profile with the use of paints or special color ribbons. Another method of marking is embossing or burning the mark with a hot marking element. Known from the description, USSR patent No. 363 611, a cutting and marking device pipes, marks pipe sections with a stamp. To regulate the pressure of the stamp, a mechanism was used in the form of two carriages pressed by a spring and a wedge in the shape of the letter "U" equipped with an adjusting screw. In the apparatus according to the invention, the printing plate is mounted eccentrically on an axis attached to the body together with a bearing sleeve, the printing plate being rotatably mounted in a bearing The required pressure of the printing disk against the marked profile is achieved by a spring with adjustable tension.
