2. Nasadzeniu rur zeliwnych, zebrowanych na rury stalowe. W tym sposobie wykonania elemen¬ tu szczelina pomiedzy rurami powoduje znaczne pogorszenie wspólczynnika przewodzenia ciepla.Ponadto stwarza mozliwosc penetracji czynnika agresywnego w szczeliny miedizy rurami, co moze spowodowac przedwczesna, intensywna korozje i znaczne zmniejszenie zywotnosci elementu wymien¬ nika ciepla. 3. 4. Wypelnianiu przestrzeni pomiedzy elementem zebrowym a rura stalowa motalem o nizszej tem¬ peraturze topnienia od meitali elementów laczo¬ nych — przewaznie olowiem. Sposób wedlug wynalazku jest prosty a do je¬ go realizacji stosuje sie znane maszyny i urza¬ dzenia. Stosowanie sposobu wedlug wynalazku u- moziiwia: — wyeliminowanie braków, które sa wynikiem nienalezytego wypelniania forim odlewniczych podczas zalewania zeliwem rur stalowych, — produkcje elementów wymienników ciepla o dlugosciach do 8 mb. Dluzsze elementy pozwa¬ laja na budowe zwartego wymiennika ciepla, ^wyeliminowanie luzu pomiedzy elementem ze¬ liwnym a rura wzmacniajaca, co powaznie wplywa na efektywnosc wymiany ciepla, — znaczne zredukowanie mozliwosci korozji rur stalowych, wzmacniajacych podczas eksploata¬ cji wymiennika .ciepla.Sposób wzmocnienia rury zeliwnej, zebrowanej pokazano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedsta¬ wia proces odksztalcania rury stalowej, wzmacnia¬ jacej we wnetrzu rury zebrowanej, zeliwnej, fig. ,...,.¦ Zastrzezenia patentowe 25 . < ii. The elements of heat exchangers, chemical or refrigeration apparatuses are subject to various physico-chemical effects on the outside and on the inside. For these reasons, their construction and materials from which they are made must meet various technical conditions. For the same reasons, various methods of making tubular elements of heat exchangers are used. Known methods of making multilayer heat exchanger pipes consist in: 1. Casting steel pipes in the form of cast iron or other metal different from the metal of the poured pipe, e.g. the method according to the invention Patent No. 27,718, which consists in pouring a finished pipe made of a dissimilar metal in a casting mold. Pouring steel pipes in a casting mold with cast iron causes a significant amount of shortages and also limits the length of elements made in this way to two meters due to poor filling foundry molds. The short elements of the heat exchangers require a large number of flanged joints and seals operating at high temperature and high pressure, which significantly increases the cost of the heat exchanger and determines its extensive lt II in terms of space and weight. 2. Planting cast iron pipes, ribbed on steel pipes. In this method of making the element, the gap between the pipes causes a significant deterioration of the heat conductivity coefficient. Moreover, it makes it possible for an aggressive medium to penetrate into the gaps between the pipes, which can cause premature, intense corrosion and a significant reduction in the life of the heat exchanger element. 3. Forcing steel pipes into cast iron pipes, ribbed with the use of pastes (resistant to high temperatures. This method can be used only with the use of short connected elements. Moreover, the sealing pastes do not show the correct fit of the seals). This method considerably worsens the thermal conductivity of the heat exchanger element made in this way. 4. Filling the space between the rib element and the steel pipe with a motif of a lower melting point than the metallics of the connected elements - usually lead. a whole series of significant disadvantages, namely: - high cost; and deficiency of filler metals, 122 902 122 ^ and ¦ ¦ '"* * ¦ 3 - necessity to heat elements before pouring, - technological difficulties in joining elements longer than 2 meters, - incomplete filling of the gap with the filler, - significantly different expansion coefficients of individual metals cause an additional increase in present in the element, - the possibility of melting and leakage of the filler .. in the case of operation of the heat exchanger at a temperature exceeding the melting point of the filler, - significant deterioration of the safety conditions "™ ~~ 1 of work due to work at elevated temperatures * in the environment non-ferrous metal vapors, for example lead,. The method according to the invention is devoid of the above drawbacks, in which a steel pipe is inserted into a cast iron, corrugated pipe, and then a mandrel with a calibrating notch extends through the inside of the steel pipe, which deforms the steel pipe so that the outer surface of the pipe becomes steel. "In" the case of joining a ribbed cast iron pipe made of sections, the ends of the sections are machined and joined, and at the point of connection of the sections of the pipes a ring made of aluminum sheet is placed on the steel pipe. In an alternative version, before putting the ribbed iron pipe on the steel pipe, the steel pipe is covered with a layer of soft metal wound on the steel pipe. A strip of copper sheet or a layer of wrapped copper wire on a pipe. The method according to the invention is simple and is carried out using known machines and orders. The application of the method according to the invention facilitates: - elimination of deficiencies which result from improper filling of the foundry forms when pouring steel pipes with cast iron, - production of heat exchanger elements up to 8 m long. Longer elements allow for the construction of a compact heat exchanger, elimination of the clearance between the cast iron element and the reinforcing pipe, which significantly affects the efficiency of heat exchange, - significant reduction of the possibility of corrosion of steel reinforcing pipes during the operation of the heat exchanger. Fig. 1 shows the process of deformation of a steel pipe reinforced inside a corrugated iron pipe, Fig. 2 shows the method of joining sections of a corrugated iron pipe on a ring made of aluminum sheet. 4, Fig. 3 shows - a fragment of a steel pipe with a layer of soft metal on the outer diameter of the steel pipe. As shown in Figures 1, and 3, the method 5 of reinforcing a cast iron pipe, and a steel pipe 2 consists in applying to steel pipe 2 sections of cast iron pipe, ribbed 1, then pulling 2 mandrel 4 through the interior of the steel pipe with a calibration notch 3, the shape of the steel pipe 2 so that its "outer surface tightly adheres to the inner surface of the ribbed cast iron pipe 1. At the junction of 5 sections of the ribbed iron pipe 1, the steel pipe 2/15 rings 6 are placed on made of aluminum sheet. In an alternative solution, the entire surface of the steel pipe 2 is covered with a layer 7 of copper sheet, and after insertion into the interior of the ribbed iron pipe 1, the steel pipe 2 deforms together with the layer 7 by the above-described method. , ...,. ¦ Patent claims 25. <ii.
