Authorized by the patent: Institute of Industrial Chemistry, Warsaw (Poland) The method of separating an extract from a mineral substance and unreacted carbon in the process It is a method of separating the extract from the melaninaceous substance and unreacted carbon in the process of its uplifting with the use of extraction with protonohydrinic solvents. The extract obtained in the process is a high-boiling mixture of polyamomatous hydrocarbons with a high molecular weight, which is then subjected to a hydrocracking or hydrocracking process. Hydrogenated anthracene oil. In this process, an important seam is the separation of iris-fluff and extract from the mineral substance and unreacted carbon. The most frequently used method is Mitrats, described, for example, in patents: Germany 2,520,200, Polish 72,9il2. such great technological difficulties that new types of filters and new, improved phytylation methods are still being used. For example, in US patent 3,748,254 it is stated that the liquid coal extraction product is introduced into a rotating drum, where it is suspended the blue constant bites into larger particles, easier to separate by filtration. In the Bergius-Prier technology, a separation method was used, which consisted in distilling the extract and dissolving the alcohol from the mineral substance and other non-reactive carbon. The disadvantages of the process include the need to use high temperatures, and hence high energy consumption, Possibility of coking, decomposition and degradation reactions of the extract, as well as loss of the lightest fractions of the extract. Surprisingly, it turned out that the easy separation of the minenal and unreacted carbon from the solvent and the extract is possible by adapting the method according to the present invention. The invention consists in the fact that the crude product of the liquid extraction in the mineral substance and unreacted coal is subjected to the action of dissolving vapors or a mixture of solvents under the conditions of pressure and temperature above critical. As supercritical solubilizers, native compounds and gases eoriganic with a critical temperature above 31 ° C. and a critical pressure below 9800 kPa. Under these conditions, the liquid solvent used for coal extraction and the extract go into the gas bath. The two phases are easily separated, gas and solid, which forms unreacted carbon and mineral parts. The gas phase in the subsequent Qia @ process cools down and carries out a three-stage reduction in pressure and temperature. In the first reduction stage at a temperature of 100-350 ° C, at a temperature of 2450-7350 kPa, the most severe components dissolved in the critical gas are released, in the second stage of the reduction of liquid coal extraction. The solvent used for the liquid extraction is condensed at a temperature of 100-150 ° C, the solvent used for the liquid extraction is condensed under a temperature of 98-490 kPa. The solvent is returned to the process. The "madcritical" solvent remaining after the second reduction stage is in the form of vapor , liquefies the sde and returns to the process. Due to the fact that the extract of disintegration in the first stage, similarly to pyrocessation without the use of a supercritical diluent, is a very boiling mixture of hydrocarbons with high molecular weight, a further pinzeir6b is necessary, e.g. hydrogenation or -hydroalpng. The residue from the supercritical reaction process is the pore / cage that may. It was used as a high-quality raw material for gasification of podidavaine in order to obtain synthesis gas, further processed into a substitute for natural gas or hydrogen. The method of separating the mineral substance and the converted vegia into the liquid extraction product according to the invention has the same advantages that the elimination of troublesome filtration, as well as the distillation of a liquid, high-boiling solvent. In addition, the extract is completely free of ash and unreacted carbon particles, which substantially extends the life of the hydrogenation or hydrocracking catalysts. - the invention is illustrated by the following examples and on the technological scheme presented in [Fig. 1]. Coal, mixed with hydrogenated aintracene oil, is subjected to a typical extraction in the further phase in the tank 1. The post-reaction mixture is sent to pump 3 to extractor 2, where the overk is extracted with toluene vapor at a temperature of 400 ° C and a pressure of 9800 kPa. Under these conditions, the mineral substance and unreacted carbon are separated from the anthracene oil and the extract, which, together with the supercritical solvent, leave the extract 2 in the form of a gas phase. The residue from the supercritical extraction as a by-product is directed to stream 10 for further processing. After cooling down in the heat exchanger 4, the gas phase is directed to the tank 5, where the first stage of pressure reduction to 4900 kPa and temperature to 350 ° C takes place. These gases from the gas phase condense the thinnest components dissolved in it, including the coal extraction product. with anitracenovin oil boiling above 400 ° C, i.e. the extract, which is directed through stream 11 for further processing. After the first reduction stage and cooling in a heat dimmer 6, it is directed to the tank 7, where the second pressure reduction stage takes place to 98 kPa and temperatures up to 150 ° C. Under these conditions, anthracene oil condenses, which is returned to reactor 1 in stream 13, and toluene in the form of vapor after cooling in heat exchanger 8 condenses in tank 9 at 20 ° C and 1 atm under a descent, and is recycled stream 12 to reactor 2. It was found that 88.7% by weight of the extract obtained during the liquid coal extraction passes into the gas phase and, after separation in the first reduction stage, is directed to the hydrogenation or hydrocracking process. 10 Example II. The hard coal was subjected to extraction of the liquid hydrogenated with anthracene oil, and then the crude product of this extraction was subjected to supercritical extraction with hexane according to the method described in Example 1. Supertraction was carried out at 250 ° C, under a pressure of 9800 kPa. The conditions used for the first reduction stage were: a temperature of 240 ° C. and a pressure of 4900 kPa, and for the long stage of reduction, 150 ° C. and 98 kPa, respectively. It was found that 7% by wt. the liquid extraction product was transferred to the gas phase. Example III. The hard coal was subjected to liquid extraction with hydrogenated anthracanic oil, and then its product was supercritically extracted with compressed carbon dioxide gas in A * according to the method described in Example 1. The super-extraction was carried out at 130 ° C, under a pressure of 9800 kPa. The following conditions were used for the first reduction stage: temperature 100 ° C and pressure 7,350 kPa, while for the second stage 100 ° C and 98 kPa respectively. It was found that 67% wt. the liquid extraction product passed into the supercritical gas phase. Example IV. Hard coal was extracted in the liquid phase with hydrogenated anthracene oil, and then its product was subjected to supercritical extraction of a fraction of phcanochemical origin, i.e. crude coking benzole, which is a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons, mainly benzene, toluene and xylenes. The process was carried out according to the method described in Example I, and the same process conditions as in Example I were used, both for the supercritical extraction stage and for the individual reduction stages. It was found that 87.4 wt. 45 of the liquid coal extraction product passed into the supercritical gas phase. PL
