The system according to the invention consists of a germanium diode, the anode of which is connected to the transistor's field gate, and the cathode to the resistor to which the input voltage is applied. The system according to the invention effectively protects low-voltage circuits against both short-term and long-term voltages, significantly exceeding the operating voltages of the low-voltage circuits. Moreover, it is characterized by reliable, long-lasting operation. The subject of the invention is explained in an example of the embodiment in the drawing, which shows a schematic diagram of the operational amplifier protection circuit. The output of the circuit is the drain and the source of the half-transistor 3. The German diode 2 is biased in the reverse direction, and the value of the reverse current of the diode 2 is many times greater than the value of the current controlling the gate of the transistor 3 during its operation. The diode 2 does not constitute an obstacle for the useful signal, and at the same time the flowing reverse current causes the input voltage U to decrease! In an exemplary system according to the invention, the DZG-7 diode and the SK41E field-effect transistor were used, the gate current of which is in the order of several dozen nA. The input voltage Ui, ranging from 300V to 500V, is reduced by the circuit to an output voltage U2 of up to a few volts.
