During the transport of the spoil from the place of extraction by card conveyors, there are often cases of contamination of the guide slots with coal dust, stone or slate in the form of a as a result of abundant sprinkling of the excavated material with water by combine harvesters, or the exploitation of wet decks. As a result of contamination of the guides, the resistance of the moving tendon increases significantly, causing a significantly increased power consumption, also leading to the chain jamming and, consequently, its breaking. In order to prevent contamination of the guides, mines use worn-out combine knives, or flat bars often reinforced with carbide and fastened with a bolt to a chain link arranged in a horizontal position. Sometimes pieces of rod welded to the side lock of the chain string are used. The disadvantage of such armed chain cords is inaccurate cleaning of the gutter guides, moreover, the sharp ends of the tools cause damage to the guide grooves. The aim of the invention is to develop a scraper that allows for thorough cleaning of the scraper conveyor cavities. and heads. The scraper is attached to the horizontal link with a wedge-headed bolt. For proper guidance of the chains in the gutters, the scrapers are mounted symmetrically on both sides of the string and at intervals of approximately every ten route sections. The advantage of the constructed scraper is to ensure failure-free operation of the conveyor due to contamination, reduction of power consumption and melting of fuse fuses.
