Description
Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania nawozów sztucznych. PLThe present invention relates to a method of producing fertilizers. It is well known that the most important constituents of artificial fertilizers are nitrogen compounds in the form of ammonium salts or nitrates and sulphates. The salts found in some commonly used fertilizers are a combination of an active group with an inactive group or element. Thus, for example, in the case of ammonium sulphate, the basic element has a nutrient value, while the acidic element does not. It follows that a salt, which has both an acidic and a basic element, has a fertilizing value, is a more beneficial material. ammonium nitrate Both elements, alkaline and acidic, have a fertilizing value, however the properties of these bodies make them unsuitable for use as a fertilizer, because they are not suitable for uniform spraying on the soil surface. proper nutrition of both plants, as it does not contain phosphoric acid, and although efforts were made to eliminate this deficiency by adding superphosphates to ammonium nitrate, at the same time difficulties arise due to the low liquidity of the compound. When using the alkaline slurry as a phosphate component, the free lime in the slag induces nitrate decomposition and ammonium loss. The object of the invention is to produce an improved synthetic nitrate, consisting of nitrate and phosphorus in a useful form for plant life. According to the invention, ammonium nitrate, most suitably produced in the form of a dry powder, for example under Patent No. 73, is mixed with a phosphate-containing material, e.g. bone meal. Further, according to the invention, other bodies may be added to the mixture of ammonium nitrate and phosphorus-containing materials, which have a nutrient value and do not cause any of the main constituents of the fertilizer to decompose in a method rendering the product unsuitable for use as a plant food. In order to practice the invention, for example, one part of the amount of ammonium nitrate, prepared as described in the above-mentioned patent, may be mixed with three parts by the weight of the flour and finely grind the mixture. In this way, we obtain a fertilizer that remains completely dry, non-sticky under the action of air, and presents no difficulties in storage and application. In the production of fertilizers, according to the present invention, it can be used as fertilizer components materials such as potassium salts, sulfates or chlorates, for example. PL
