APARAT TELEFONICZNY Prawo rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 21.09.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest wielofunkcyjny aparat telefoniczny. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie aparatu, ukladzie linii, powierzchni oraz ksztalcie i rozmieszczeniu przycisków funkcyjnych aparatu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych zdjeciach. Aparat charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma trwala postac o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o niewielkiej wysokosci (znacznie wyzszy w górnej czesci) z zaokraglonymi krawedziami i sciankami. Spodnia scianka wyraznie mniejsza od czolowej, posiada liczne wglebienia, otwory i profile, w których umieszczono gniazda, przelaczniki i zaczepy do montazu w pozycji wiszacej. Trzy scianki boczne lagodnym lukiem rozszerzaja sie ku górze az do linii podzialu miedzy górna i dolna czescia obudowy, czwarta - najbardziej odlegla od uzytkownika - rozszerza sie wzdluz linii lamanej. W prawym dolnym rogu na bocznej sciance usytuowano niewielka wypuklosc o ostro zarysowanych obrzezach. Powyzej linii podzialu scianki boczne sa plaszczyznami lekko zawezajacymi bryle aparatu ku górze. Plyta czolowa sklada sie z dwóch charakterystycznych czesci. Górna czesc widziana z boku jest wycinkiem bocznej powierzchni walca wypuklym ku górze. Po lewej stronie zawiera wglebienie odpowiadajace ksztaltem wypuklosciom sluchawki z eliptycznym otworem posrodku, z którego wylania sie przelacznik pelniacy role „widelek". Ponizej wglebienia umieszczono prostokatna wysuwana „zawieszke" z piecioma poziomymi liniowymi wypuklosciami. Po prawej stronie znajduje sie eliptyczne wglebienie z „wpisanym" do srodka prostokatnym wyswietlaczem, ponizej którego wzdluz linii w ksztalcie luku rozmieszczono 5 okraglych, jednakowych przycisków. Wyswietlacz i przyciski otoczone sa rowkiem w ksztalcie paraboli, której ramiona przedluzone sa na scianke boczna az do linii podzialu. Dolna czesc plyty czolowej jest plaszczyzna i posiada po lewej stronie grupe niewielkich otworów rozlozonych regularnie na powierzchni prostokata, ponizej których umieszczono wglebienie odpowiadajace ksztaltem czesci mikrofonowej sluchawki. Po prawej stronie znajduja sie znacznie wieksze od poprzednich owalne przyciski klawiatury wybierczej (od 0 do 9, * i #). Nizej w jednej kolumnie umieszczono eliptyczne przyciski w niewielkich wglebieniach tworzacych wokól przycisków rodzaj otoczki. Obok, w centrum elipsoidalnej wypuklosci, umieszczono najwiekszy sposród wystepujacych na aparacie okragly przycisk funkcyjny. Na samym dole, pod srodkowa kolumna przycisków klawiatury wybierczej jestwskaznik optyczny, a w prawym dolnym rogu umieszczono maly otworek. Lewa krawedz aparatu w czesci srodkowej zastapiono niewielkim wglebieniem, ulatwiajacym podnoszenie sluchawki z aparatu. Sluchawka widziana z góry ma postac prostokata zaokraglonego na dole i z lagodnie scietymi rogami u góry. W srodkowej czesci naniesiono grupe bardzo plytkich, kolistych wglebien ulozonych w trzech ukosnych rzedach. Górne krawedzie zastapiono plaskim scieciem, ponizej którego na linii podzialu pomiedzy górna i dolna czescia obudowy wykonano owalny wystep nadajacy sluchawce bardziej ergonomiczne ksztalty. Sluchawka widziana z boku ma lekko zakrzywiony profil dopasowujacy sie do ksztaltu glowy rozmówcy z dosc glebokim wcieciem w czesci srodkowej - w czesci dolnej zakonczonym lagodnym lukiem a w czesci górnej ograniczonym plaska powierzchnia z prostokatnym wglebieniem dopasowanym do wymiarów zawieszki przy pionowym zawieszeniu aparatu. Czesc srodkowa sluchawki ogladana od dolu tworzy zarys paraboli. Tuz ponad wierzcholkiem wspomnianej paraboli, w owalnej wypuklosci czesci mikrofonowej sluchawki umieszczono obok siebie dwa podluzne, niewielkie otwory. Górna wypuklosc w ksztalcie prostokata z lagodnie scietymi górnymi wierzcholkami posiada sferyczne wglebienie z czterema otworkami centralnie umieszczonymi w dwóch rzedach, ksztaltem i wielkoscia odpowiadajace otworom w czesci mikrofonowej. PL PL PLTELEPHONE The right to register an ornamental design is valid from September 21, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a multifunctional telephone. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the device, the arrangement of lines and surfaces, and the shape and arrangement of the device's function buttons. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photos. The device is characterized by its durable, cuboid-like shape, of low height (significantly higher at the top), with rounded edges and walls. The bottom wall, clearly smaller than the front, has numerous recesses, holes, and profiles in which sockets, switches, and hooks for wall mounting are located. Three side walls gently curve upward to the dividing line between the upper and lower parts of the housing, while the fourth—furthest from the user—expands along a broken line. In the lower right corner of the side wall, a small bulge with sharply defined edges is located. Above the dividing line, the side walls are planes that slightly narrow the device's shape upward. The front panel consists of two distinctive parts. Viewed from the side, the upper part is a section of the side surface of a cylinder, convex upward. On the left, it contains a recess corresponding to the shape of the earpiece bulges, with an elliptical opening in the center, from which emerges a switch that acts as a "fork." Below the recess, there is a rectangular retractable "hanger" with five horizontal linear protrusions. On the right side, there is an elliptical recess with a rectangular display "inscribed" inside, below which, along an arc-shaped line, there are five identical circular buttons. The display and buttons are surrounded by a parabolic groove, the arms of which extend onto the side wall up to the dividing line. The lower part of the front panel is flat and has on the left side a group of small holes distributed regularly on the surface of the rectangle, below which is a recess corresponding to the shape of the microphone part of the handset. On the right side, there are significantly larger oval dialing keypad buttons (from 0 to 9, * and #). Lower down, in a single column, elliptical buttons are placed in small recesses that create a kind of surround. Next to them, in the center of the ellipsoidal protrusion, is the largest circular function button on the handset. At the very bottom, beneath the center column of dial pad buttons, is an optical indicator, and in the lower right corner is a small hole. The left edge of the handset in the center has been replaced by a small recess, making it easier to lift the handset from the handset. Viewed from above, the handset is a rectangle, rounded at the bottom and with gently chamfered corners at the top. In the center, a group of very shallow, circular recesses arranged in three diagonal rows is applied. The upper edges have been replaced with a flat cut, below which, at the dividing line between the upper and lower housings, an oval protrusion has been created, giving the handset a more ergonomic shape. Viewed from the side, the handset has a slightly curved profile that adapts to the shape of the speaker's head, with a rather deep indentation in the center – the lower section ending in a gentle arc, and the upper section bordered by a flat surface with a rectangular recess adapted to the dimensions of the hanger when the handset is suspended vertically. Viewed from below, the center of the handset forms the outline of a parabola. Just above the apex of the parabola, two small, elongated holes are located side by side in the oval protrusion of the microphone section. The upper rectangular protrusion with gently beveled tops has a spherical recess with four centrally placed holes in two rows, the shape and size of which correspond to the holes in the microphone section.
