Elektrody kondensatora wykonane sa ze stali kwasoodpornej o powierzchni gladkiej lub piaskowanej i obsadzone sa w materiale izolacyjnym. Oznaczanie zawartosci wody polega na wprowadzaniu bada¬ nej próbki pomiedzy okladki kondensatora i zmierzeniu jego pojemnosci elektrycznej. Z empirycznie wycecho- wanej skali odczytuje sie zawartosc wody w badanym masle.Wedlug wynalazku elektrody czujnika kondensatorowego wykonane ze stali kwasoodpornej i osadzone w materiale izolacyjnym pokryte sa cienka warstwa policzterofluoroetylenu.Czujnik wykonany wedlug wynalazku zapewnia swobodny przeplyw masla miedzy powierzchniami roboczymi elektrod. PLThe subject of the invention is a capacitor sensor for measuring water content in butter using the dielectric method. The known and used sensor for measuring water content in butter is a single or multi-electrode method. The capacitor electrodes are made of acid-resistant steel with a smooth or sand-blasted surface and are embedded in an insulating material. The determination of the water content consists in inserting the test sample between the capacitor's covers and measuring its electric capacity. The water content in the tested butter is read from the empirically marked scale. According to the invention, the electrodes of the capacitor sensor made of acid-resistant steel and embedded in an insulating material are covered with a thin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene. The sensor, made according to the invention, ensures free flow of butter between the working surfaces of the electrodes. The presence of a thin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene protects the sensor's electrical system against direct short-circuiting of the electrodes in the event of improper dispersion of the water phase in the butter and sticking of butter to their surface, which in turn eliminates measurement errors.
