Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarza¬ nia zaprawy z anhydrytu do wykonywania pod¬ lewki podlogowej.Obecnie podlewki podlogowe wykonuje sie z za¬ prawy cementowej i przez wylanie plynnej masy.Powoduje to doprowadzenie do budynku duzej ilosci wody i wymaga suszenia oraz dlugiego ocze¬ kiwania na mozliwosc ulozenia podlogi, gdyz wy¬ magana jest wilgotnosc podloza ponizej 3%. Wil¬ gotnosc ta osiagana jest po okresie 4 do 6 tygodni.Znany jest równiez sposób wykonywania pod¬ lewki z anhydrytu i wody przez zastosowanie przyspieszaczy w postaci siarczanów metali i uplyn- niacza z melaminy rozpuszczalnej w wodzie. Pro¬ ces wiazania anhydrytu przebiega w ukladzie kwasnym i wymaga czystosci anhydrytu powyzej 95% Ca04.Sposób wytwarzania zaprawy z anhydrytu do wy¬ konywania podlewki podlogowej wedlug wynalaz¬ ku polega na tym, ze dodaje sie przyspieszacza wiazania w postaci szczawianów metalu, korzystnie szczawianów sodu i/lub potasu i/lub wapnia w ilosci 0,3 do 3% w stosunku do anhydrytu oraz uplynniacza w postaci wodnego roztworu zywicy melaminowo-formaldehydowo-siarczanowej. The fluidizing agent is preferably used in the form of a 20% aqueous solution of melamine sulphate resin in an amount of 0.5 to 5% in relation to the anhydrite. In the process of the invention, the anhydrite is mixed with water and, optionally, a filler, at 2 whereby the ratio of water to anhydrite is from 0.20 to 0.35.
