The subject of the industrial design is: a lamp and its variant. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in figure 1, and its color variant is shown in figure 1a. A list of the variants of the industrial design: 1) lamp - figure 1, 2) gold-colored lamp - figure 1a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in figure 1, i.e. the lamp, is that: - its lampshade consists of silver-colored metal elements, as well as white light-transmitting elements, i.e.: it consists of a shiny metal fragment of the side surface of the cylinder, closed at the top and bottom by corresponding fragments of the upper and lower base of the cylinder, these bases being made of a white light-transmitting material. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp in a gold shade, is that: - its lampshade consists of gold-colored metal elements, as well as white light-transmitting elements, i.e. it consists of a shiny metal fragment of the cylinder's side surface, closed at the top and bottom by corresponding fragments of the cylinder's upper and lower base, these bases being made of white light-transmitting material.
