Description

Bieznia wykonuje wzgledem czól lopatek jedynie ruch wynikajacy z mimosrodowego przesuniecia psi wirnika i biezni. Predkosci poslizgu maja charakter pulsacyjny. 1 przedstawia maszyne w przekroju osiowym, fig. 2 — maszyne pokazana na fig. 1 w przekroju prostopadlym do osi, fig. 3 - maszyne z inaczej lozyskowana bieznia w przekroju osiowym, fig. 4 - maszyne pokazana na fig. 3 w przekroju prostopadlym do osi, fig. 5 - jeszcze inna odmiane maszyny w przekroju osiowym, a fig. 6 - maszyne pokazana na fig. 5 w przekroju prostopadlym do osi. Czola lopatek 11 stykaja sie z bieznia 12 osadzpna^ stojanie mimosrodowo i lozyskowana w wezle 13 mimosrodu. Fig1 Fig.2118 692 Fig. 3 Fig. A118 692 /////////, Fig. 6 Prac. Poligraf. UP PRL. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe present invention relates to the construction of a vane machine, such as a pump, motor or actuator, characterized by an impeller mounted eccentrically in the stator and radially sliding blades. Known vane machines have radially sliding blades usually located in the impeller slots. The rotor is rotatably mounted in the stator, with its axis of rotation shifted eccentrically with respect to the stator axis. During machine operation, the blades' faces slide ae along the stator track. The sliding speeds of the contact points between the blade and the rotor and the raceway in the stator are proportional to the distance from the axis of rotation and the angular speed of the rotor. The friction losses in these conditions are large, in the order of several percent of the machine power. Due to the linear contact of the blade face with the raceway and the maximum sliding speed as well as dry friction - a material with high thermal and resistance properties must be used here. The essence of the invention is to equip the machine with a freely arranged treadmill. The raceway only moves towards the faces of the blades resulting from the eccentric displacement of the rotor and raceway psi. The sliding speeds are pulsating. Their maximum value is several to several dozen times smaller than in dimensionally similar machines of a known design. The invention reduces friction losses, reduces wear, allows to increase the tightness and efficiency of the machine, and to use less perfect materials on the blades. in which fig. 1 shows the machine in axial section, fig. 2 - the machine shown in fig. 1 in a section perpendicular to the axis, fig. 3 - machine with a differently bearing treadmill in axial section, fig. 4 - the machine shown in fig. 3 in a section perpendicular to the axis, Fig. 5 - yet another variant of the machine in an axial section, and Fig. 6 - the machines shown in Fig. 5 in a section perpendicular to the axis. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the rotor 1 has radial cutouts 2, in which the blades 3 are slidably located. The rotor 1 is rotatably mounted in the stator 4 with an eccentric displacement of the rotation axis. 2 118 692 The stator is fitted with a free, freely positioned raceway 5. The faces of the blades 3 are in contact with this raceway. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the rotor 1 with blades 3, constructed identically to the above-described example, is placed inside the raceway 6 located in the nodes 7 on As shown in Figs. 5 and 6 of the figure, in the stator 8 there are radial cuts 9, in which there are sliding, spring-mounted 10 blades 11. The faces of the blades 11 touch the raceway 12 eccentrically embedded in the stator and bearing in the node 13 of the eccentric. In all the described examples, there is only a slight sliding of a pulsating nature between the blade heads and the tread. Patent disclaimer The vane machine, provided with an eccentric rotor in the stator and blades slidably mounted in radial cuts, characterized by the fact that equipped with a freely bearing treadmill in contact with the foreheads of the shoulder blades and making only lung movements in relation to these faces h resulting from the centric shift of the rotor axis and the raceway.
