Cel ten zostal osiagniety przjfcz opracowanie prostownika tyrystorowego do zasilania luku spawalni¬ czego w atmosferach ochronnych. W takim przypadku spawanie odbywa sie bez zaklócen. Wartosci chwilowe napiecia wyprostowanego podlegaja wówczas duzym cyklicznym wahaniom i osiagaja nawet wartosci zerowe. W miare coraz glebszego blokowania tyrystorów Tyl do Ty6 jakosc spawania pogarsza sie a po przekroczeniu pewnej granicy wahan napiecia wyprostowanego, spawanie staje sie niemozliwe. Do poprawy wlasnosci spawalniczych w takich przypadkach sluzy dodatkowy diodowy zespól prostowniczy zasilany obnizonym lub pelnym napieciem z tych samych uzwojen transformatora zasilajacego TRI co tyrystorowy zespól prostowniczy. Wyjscie diodowego zespolu prostowniczego malej mocy jest polaczone z wyjsciem tyrystorowego zespolu prostowniczego poprzez rezystor Rl w jednym biegunie i rezystor R2 w drugim. Rezystory te zwiekszaja opornosc wewnetrzna diodowego zespolu prostowniczego ograniczajac pobór mocy do minimum niezbednego do podtrzymania luku.Zastrzezenie patentowe Prostownik tyrystorowy do zasilania luku spawalniczego w atmosferach ochronnych skladajacy sie z transformatora zasilajacego, tyrystorowego zespolu prostowniczego w ukladzie mostkowym, diody rozlado¬ wczej, dlawika, sterownika oraz diodowego zespolu prostowniczego malej mocy polaczonego w ukladzie mostkowym, znamienny tym, ze równolegle do glównego tyrystorowego zespolu prostowniczego duzej mocy o sztywnej charakterystyce zewnetrznej dolaczony jest poprzez rezystory (Rl i R2) pomocniczy prostownik diodowy malej mocy, zasilany obnizonym lub pelnym napieciem z tych samych uzwojen transformatora (TRI) co glówny prostowniczy zespól tyrystorowy.118 668 TR1 lrvi " v _UhS I I S o— To- ,07 —r~ * T I I I 1 1 ' ?0i ?!» ^D3 to ^i* ?ds ?dc R2 Of PLThe subject of the invention is a thyristor rectifier for supplying the welding arc in protective atmospheres during welding a melting electrode. In known thyristor rectifiers for supplying the welding arc in protective atmospheres, the rectified output voltage is one of the parameters of the welding process, and its value is set in a mixed manner, i.e. there are two or three sub-ranges set in a step-by-step manner by switching the windings of the transformer supplying the rectifying unit, and within these ranges in a smooth manner by changing the thyristor control. In these rectifiers, it is not possible to adjust the supply voltage of the welding arc in protective atmospheres by changing the thyristor control over the entire range of the required voltage values, because with larger thyristor blocking angles, large fluctuations in the instantaneous values of the rectified voltage deteriorate the welding properties and, at high values, of thyristor blocking angles, welding becomes impossible. For these reasons, the reduction of the voltage curve of the thyristor rectifier unit is introduced in a stepwise manner by switching the windings of the supply transformer, and only within each of the sub-ranges by changing the thyristor control. The disadvantage of these rectifiers is limited by the continuous setting of the output voltage to two or three sub-ranges, not using the control properties of thyristors, the necessity to use complicated switching systems of the winding power transformer, and higher consumption of materials, mainly in the power transformer. The thyristor rectifier unit, usually consisting of six thyristors, is controlled in these rectifiers by very complicated electronic circuits. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and inconveniences. This aim was achieved by developing a thyristor rectifier for feeding the welding arc in protective atmospheres. This rectifier consists of a power transformer, a thyristor rectifier unit as the main rectifier with a rigid external characteristic, controlled from the controller and an auxiliary, low-power mating rectifier unit, the output of which is connected through resistors, one in each pole, in parallel with the output of the thyristor rectifier unit. The diode rectifier unit is supplied with reduced or full voltage from the same windings of the supply transformer as the thyristor rectifier unit. The task of an additional source of power supply for the welding arc with a falling external characteristic when welding in protective atmospheres is to provide the arc space with a current of several amperes to support2 118 668 plasma streams in the arc and prevent its extinction when large blocking angles occur as a result of low control. thyristors, and the instantaneous values of rectified voltage fluctuate within very large limits. At large angles of thyristor blocking, the instantaneous values of the rectified voltage in the thyristor rectifier unit may even reach zero. Preventing the disappearance, at this time in the welding hatch, of the plasma stream significantly improves the welding properties and allows welding even at very large angles of thyristor blocking. This enables welding with low currents in a protective gas atmosphere without the need to lower the voltage by switching the supply transformer windings. The entire required range of output voltage changes in the new rectifier is obtained in a smooth manner by means of appropriate thyristor control in the main rectifier unit. The subject of the invention is presented in the example in the drawing, which shows a block diagram of the thyristor rectifier for supplying the welding arc A thyristor rectifier for supplying a welding arc in protective atmospheres consists of a TRI transformer supplying a transformer, a thyristor rectifier unit consisting of Tyldo Ty6 thyristors connected in a bridge circuit, an auxiliary diode rectifier unit consisting also of Dlz diodes and D6 bridge diodes of resistors R1, R2, the discharge diode D7 of the choke D1 and the thyristor controller ST with an adjustable potentiometer P. The output voltage of the thyristor rectifier is set by the appropriate control of thyristors Tyl to Ty6 with pulses that trigger the at higher welding currents, when higher welding voltage is also required, the thyristor blocking angles Back to Back are small, which causes that the fluctuations in the instantaneous values of the voltage rectified by the thyristor unit are also small. In this case, the welding is carried out without disturbances. At lower welding currents, a smaller straightened medium voltage is also required to supply the welding arc, which is obtained by increasing the locking angles of Tyldo Ty6 thyristors. The instantaneous values of the rectified voltage are then subject to large cyclical fluctuations and even reach zero values. As the blocking of thyristors Tyl to Ty6 becomes more and more deep, the quality of welding deteriorates and after exceeding a certain limit of fluctuations in the rectified voltage, welding becomes impossible. In such cases, an additional diode rectifier unit is used to improve the welding properties, supplied with reduced or full voltage from the same windings of the TRI supply transformer as the thyristor rectifier unit. The output of the low power diode rectifier unit is connected to the output of the thyristor rectifier unit through a resistor R1 in one pole and a resistor R2 in the other. During breaks in the welding arc power supply occurring at larger angles, blocking of thyristors, energy pulses supporting the plasma flux in the arc are supplied alternately through the appropriate thyristor from the thyristor rectifier diode group, and the diode from the thyristor rectifier cathode group and the diode from the cathode group of the auxiliary rectifier and during the next pause through a suitable thyristor from the cathode group and a diode from the anode group. In this way, individual diodes from the diode rectifier unit serve to maintain the continuous operation of the thyristor rectifier unit at large blocking angles of thyristors, taking over the conduction of the current only while the respective thyristor is still blocked. The current pulses supporting the welding gap flow alternately through the resistors R1 and Rl For this reason, the resistors must be connected to the different poles of the rectifier. These resistors increase the internal resistance of the diode rectifier unit, limiting the power consumption to the minimum necessary to maintain the arc. Patent claim Thyristor rectifier for supplying the welding arc in protective atmospheres consisting of a supply transformer, thyristor rectifier unit in a bridge circuit, a diode for a breaker and a low-power diode rectifier unit connected in a bridge circuit, characterized by the fact that parallel to the main thyristor high-power rectifier unit with rigid external characteristics is connected through resistors (R1 and R2), an auxiliary low-power diode rectifier, supplied with reduced or full voltage from the same transformer windings (TRI) co main rectifier thyristor unit.118 668 TR1 lrvi "v _UhS IIS o— To-, 07 —r ~ * TIII 1 1 '? 0i?!» ^ D3 to ^ i *?
