I. Okreslenie wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa bufet i stolik. Meble te (wraz z innymi np. bielizniarki, komody, lawy, stolki, stoly, krzesla, szafa, lustro, witryny, lózka, szafld nocne, biurka, regaly) wykonane z zastosowaniem wzornictwa, zawierajacego przedstawiona dalej istote wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczone sa jako wyposazenie meblowe takich pomieszczen jak: jadalnia, pokój dzienny, gabinet, sypialnia. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu osiagnieta poprzez zastosowanie nastepujacych elementów: • szeroki pas skóry bedacy elementem wienca górnego wykonany w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem drewna z przeszyciami w kolorze drewna na obu krawedziach poziomych. - uchwyt puszkowy kwadratowy ze skóry w kolorze kontrastujacym i paskiem w ksztalcie litery „L" w kolorze drewna - uchwyt puszkowy prostokatny ze skóry w kolorze kontrastujacym i paskiem w ksztalcie prostego odcina w kolorze drewna. - cztery masywne slupy o przekroju kwadratu, stanowiace konstrukcje nosna kazdej bryly. - nózki w kolorze pasa skóry z wienca górnego, drewniane, bedace przedluzeniem opisanych wyzej slupów nosnych. PLI. Definition of the Industrial Design. The subject of the industrial design is a buffet and a coffee table. This furniture (along with other items, such as linen cabinets, chests of drawers, coffee tables, stools, tables, chairs, wardrobe, mirror, display cases, beds, nightstands, desks, and shelves) made using a design that incorporates the following industrial design essence is intended as furniture for rooms such as a dining room, living room, study, or bedroom. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the item achieved through the use of the following elements: • a wide strip of leather as a top element, made in a color contrasting with the wood, with wood-colored stitching on both horizontal edges. - a square leather cup handle in a contrasting colour and an L-shaped strip in the colour of the wood - a rectangular leather cup handle in a contrasting colour and a straight cut-off strip in the colour of the wood - four massive square-section pillars, constituting the supporting structure of each block. - wooden legs in the colour of the leather strip from the top panel, being an extension of the supporting pillars described above. II. Definition of the figures in the illustrations: The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photos, in which: - fig. I shows: the upper part of a piece of furniture being a variant of an industrial design with a top panel in which a leather strip with specific stitching, which is the essence of the design, is used. - fig. 2 shows: a fragment of the door front of a piece of furniture being a variant of an industrial design, with a square handle, which is the essence of the design. - Fig. 3 shows: a fragment of a drawer front belonging to a piece of furniture embodying an industrial design with a rectangular handle, the defining feature of the design. - Fig. 4 shows: a table embodying an industrial design with clearly visible corner posts terminating in legs at the bottom, which are the defining feature of the design. - Fig. 5 shows: a buffet embodying an industrial design with all the defining features of the design: a leather strip in the top panel, a square handle, a rectangular handle, and corner posts terminating in short legs. Detailed description of the figures, highlighting the essential features of the industrial design. The furniture features leather strips in the top panels, an example of which is shown in the front view of one of the pieces of furniture, which is a variation of the industrial design, is shown in Fig. 1. The table fragment shown in Fig. 1 has a feature important for industrial design, namely a wide leather strip in the top panel with characteristic stitching on the horizontal edges. The furniture features square-shaped leather handles, an example of which is shown in the front view of one of the pieces of furniture, which is a variation of the industrial design, is shown in the front view of Fig. 2. The door fragment shown in Fig. 2 has a feature important for industrial design, which is shown in the front view of a two-tone leather handle placed on the door. The actual L-shaped handle is made in a color similar to the wood. The remaining part of the handle is made in a contrasting color. The furniture features rectangular leather cup handles, an example of which is shown in the front view of one of the pieces of furniture, which is a variation of the industrial design, in Fig. 3. The fragment of the buffet drawer front shown in Fig. 3 has a feature important for the industrial design, which is the cup handle made of two colors of leather. The handle itself, in the shape of a horizontal segment ("-"), is made in a color similar to the wood. The remaining part of the handle is made in a contrasting color. The furniture features so-called corner posts with a square cross-section, an example of which is used in one of the pieces of furniture, which is a variation of the industrial design, is shown in the frontal and oblique view in Fig. 4. The table shown in Fig. 4 has features essential for the industrial design, manifesting itself, among others, in the clearly visible corner posts in this piece of furniture, which are terminated at the bottom with legs in a contrasting color. The furniture features characteristic leather straps in the top panel, square leather handles, and so-called corner posts terminated with legs, an example of which is comprehensively used in a piece of furniture which is a variation of the industrial design is shown in the frontal view in Fig. 5. The buffet shown in Fig. 5 has all the features essential for the design.
