Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zlacze elementów scianek dzialowych, zwlaszcza z materialów drewnopo¬ chodnych, które maja szczególne zastosowanie w budownictwie lekkim lub/i obiektach o charakterze tymczasowym do wielokrotnego montazu.Scianki dzialowe skladane sa zazwyczaj z elementów, których pozycja w plaszczyznie scianki, ustalana jest w prowadnicach „u" zwiazanych z sufitem i podloga. Wzajemne polaczenie sasiadujacych ze soba elementów realizowane jest dzieki zaopatrzeniu pionowego-czolowego boku jednego z nich w kanal, a drugiego w odpowiadajacy mu ksztaltem wystep. Wymiary kanalu i wystepu sa tak dobrane, abypolaczenie bylo „na wcisk". Nastepnie polaczenie to jest ustalane listwa mocowana na powierzchni elementów, wzdluz linii ich styku, przy pomocy: gwozdzi, szpilek, wkretów i temu podobnych.Zlacze wedlug wynalazku zrealizowano przez odpowiednie uksztaltowanie pionowych-czolowych boków elementów, skladajacych sie na scianke dzialowa oraz zastosowanie do ich wzajemnego zwiazania listwy, zaopatrzonej w pazury i sciagajace sruby. Uksztaltowanie to polega na scieciu krawedzi pionowych- czolowych boków elementów pod katem 45°, uzyskujac skosnie usytuowane scianki, naktórych znajduja sie rowki o sciankach prostopadlych do powierzchni elementu i skosnej scianki. W rowkach osadzone sapazury listew, bedacych w polaczeniu z osadzonymi wjej otworach sciagajacymi srubami, elementem ustalajacym i mocujacym dwa sasiednie elementy scianki.Takskonstruowane zlacze eliminuje, klopotliwe w wykonawstwie, kanaly i wystepy. Wykonywane sa one w waskiej tolerancji wymiarowej polaczenia „na wcisk", musza byc usytuowane w osi pionowego- czolowego boku oraz powinna byc zachowana ich równoleglosc do powierzchni elementu. Nie dotrzymanie wymienionych warunków czyni element bezuzytecznym, a w najlepszym przypadku wystepuje koniecznosc indywidualnego pasowania go w montazu.Równoczesnie, zlacze wedlug wynalazku sluzy nie tylko do laczenia elementów w linii prostej, ale takze pod katem i ukladów scianek przecinajacych sie.Zlacze wedlug wynalazku uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 —przedstawia przekrój poprze¬ czny zlacza w zastosowaniu do dwóch elementów usytuowanych w jednej plaszczyznie, fig. 2—schemat przestrzennego polaczenia trzech elementów a fig. 3—czterech elementów.Scianka dzialowa sklada sie z wielokrotnie powtarzajacych sie typowych elementów, na przyklad 1 i 2.Krawedzie pionowych-czolowych boków, kazdego z nich, sa sciete pod katem 45°C. Powstaly w ten sposób dodatkowe, skosnie usytuowane scianki 3 i 4, w których znajduja sie rowki 5i 6 o sciankach prostopadlych2 116760 odpowiednio: do powierzchni elementu 1 i scianek 3 i 4. This shaping consists in cutting the edges of the vertical front sides of the elements at an angle of 45 °, obtaining obliquely situated walls with grooves with walls perpendicular to the surface of the element and the oblique wall.
