Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, i barwie oraz ornamentyce nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Widoki czolowe wyrobu ceramicznego zaprezentowano od Fig. 1 do Fig. 4, przy czym na Fig. 1 przedstawiono listwe dekoracyjna, na Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 ukazano plytki, a na Fig. 4 naroznik zestawu.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia zestaw zdobniczy elementów okladzinowych, przeznaczonych do nanoszenie ich na powierzchnie elewacyjne. Integralna czescia zestawu jest kolekcja elementów okladzinowych, takich jak listwy i plytki oraz narozniki, na które naniesiono dekoracje prezentujace rózne ornamenty i kolory. Listwa o blekitnym zabarwieniu uwidacznia element, o zarysach wydluzonego prostokata, którego jeden z boków ma ksztalt falistej linii, przy czym na powierzchni owego prostokata przedstawiono jasniejsze i ciemniejsze rytmy tego samego koloru. Prostokatna i trójkatna plytka o blekitnym zabarwieniu prezentuje na swojej powierzchni jasniejsze i ciemniejsze rytmy. Ponadto przeciwprostokatna trójkatnej plytki posiada ksztalt falistej linii. Na kwadratowym narozniku o niebieskim wypelnieniu naniesiono w jednym z jego katów asymetryczny ornament o jasnoszarym kolorze. Na powierzchni tego naroznika przedstawiono jasniejsze i ciemniejsze rytmy tego samego koloru. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative set of cladding elements. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, line arrangement, color, and ornamentation suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a general approach in the attached illustrations. The collective illustration Fig. Z shows the elements of the industrial design – front views of the product, with the numbers of the individual illustrations corresponding to the numbers of the subsequent elements of the industrial design. Front views of the ceramic product are presented from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative strip, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show the tiles, and Fig. 4 shows the corner of the set. Essential Features of the Industrial Design. The industrial design is characterized by its presentation of a set of decorative cladding elements intended for application to façade surfaces. An integral part of the set is a collection of cladding elements, such as moldings, tiles, and corner pieces, on which decorations featuring various ornaments and colors have been applied. The blue-colored molding reveals an element with the outline of an elongated rectangle, one of whose sides is shaped like a wavy line, with the rectangle's surface depicting lighter and darker rhythms of the same color. The rectangular and triangular blue tiles exhibit lighter and darker rhythms on their surfaces. Furthermore, the hypotenuse of the triangular tile is shaped like a wavy line. The square corner piece with a blue filler features an asymmetrical light gray ornament in one of its corners. The surface of this corner piece features lighter and darker rhythms of the same color.
