Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przedstawiajacy tematyke branzowa i charakter prowadzonej dzialalnosci gospodarczej w formie uslugowej, produkcyjnej i handlowej zglaszajacego znak graficzny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, który w formie slowno-graficznej przedstawia dzialalnosc produkcyjna i handlowa tak oznaczonej firmy w zakresie: skóry i imitacji skóry oraz towarów z tych materialów, odziezy damskiej, meskiej i dzieciecej, obuwia, nakrycia glowy, odziezy ze skóry, filtra oraz galanterii odziezowej, przeróbki odziezy, krojenie tkanin, a takze projektowanie nowych modeli i wzorów odziezy. Znak graficzny równoczesnie ze spelnianiem funkcji informacyjnej, poprzez kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna nadaje znakowi graficznemu wysokie walory estetyczne, sugestywnie oddzialywujac na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci gospodarczej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym w widoku od czola wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur w materiale ilustracyjnym. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze na powierzchniekspozycyjnej znaku znajduje sie wyraz „MONA", napisany gruba linia, krojem pochylonych liter typu „Phyllis", o zmiennej grubosci ramion i o lukowym ich prowadzeniu miedzy pionowymi katowymi ramionami. Duze wymiary liter wyrazu JMONA" nadaja mu dominujacy charakter w znaku graficznym. Pod wyrazem „MONA", w jego czesci srodkowej umieszczony jest zestaw wyrazowy „pro moda", napisany malymi pochylonymi zdobniczymi literami, krojem czcionki „Phyllis", rozstrzelonym drukiem. Przed i za zestawem „pro moda" przeprowadzone sa dwie cienkie poziome linie, mieszczace sie w gabarycie wyrazu „MONA". Istotnym elementem znaku, jest jeep kolorystyka, w której powierzchnia liter i cienkich linii poziomych, ma barwe zlota, zas tlo znaku jest w kolorze ciemnozielonym, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma postac slowno- graficzna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. W tej odmianie wyróznikiem jest kolorystyka znaku graficznego, w której powierzchnia liter i cienkich linii poziomych ma barwe ciemnozielona, zas tlo ma kolor bialy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma postac slowno- graficzna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem tej odmiany jest kolorystyka znaku, w której powierzchnia liter i cienkich linii poziomych jest barwy ecru, zas tlo jest w kolorze ciemnozielonym, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 . Czwarta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma postac slowno- graficzna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem tej odmiany jest kolorystyka znaku, w której powierzchnia liter i cienkich linii poziomych jest barwy ciemnozielonej, zas do ma kolor ecru, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4 .Fig. 1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PLThe subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol representing the industry and nature of the business activity conducted by the applicant in the form of services, production, and trade. The essence of an industrial design is a graphic symbol that, in a verbal and graphic form, represents the production and trade activities of the designated company in the following areas: leather and imitation leather and goods made from these materials, women's, men's, and children's clothing, footwear, headgear, leather clothing, filters, and clothing accessories, clothing alterations, fabric cutting, and the design of new clothing models and patterns. Along with fulfilling an informative function, a graphic symbol, through its visual and color composition, imbues the graphic symbol with high aesthetic value, evocatively influencing observers, turning them into potential customers for the business. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows all variants of the industrial design in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the illustration. Thus, the first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, and the fourth variant in Fig. 4. The first variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the word "MONA" written on the display surface in a thick line using a cursive "Phyllis" font with variable arm widths and an arc-like alignment between vertical, angular arms. The large size of the letters in the word "JMONA" gives it a dominant character in the graphic mark. Below the word "MONA", in its central part, there is the word set "pro moda", written in small, italicized, decorative letters, in the "Phyllis" font, in a spaced-out print. Before and after the "pro moda" set, there are two thin horizontal lines, within the dimensions of the word "MONA". An important element of the mark is the jeep color scheme, in which the surface of the letters and thin horizontal lines is gold, while the background of the mark is dark green, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its word and graphic form identical to the first version. This variant is distinguished by the color scheme of the graphic symbol, in which the surface of the letters and thin horizontal lines is dark green, while the background is white, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 2). The third variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a word-graphic form identical to the first variant. This variant is distinguished by the color scheme of the symbol, in which the surface of the letters and thin horizontal lines is ecru, while the background is dark green, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 3). The fourth variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a word-graphic form identical to the first variant. The distinguishing feature of this variant is the color of the sign, in which the surface of the letters and thin horizontal lines is dark green, while the top is ecru, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 4.
