Kazdy pasek po odcieciu jest obracany o 90°, w celu pionowego ustawie¬ nia wlókien. Pewna ilosc pasków zostaje nastepnie przy¬ klejona do plyty okladzinowej z materialu sztywnego, tworzac tym samym plyte z wlókna mineralnego o pro¬ stopadlym ulozeniu wlókien.Znany jest równiez sposób wytwarzania plyt izolacyj¬ nych z wlókien mineralnych o prostopadlym ulozeniu wlókien polega na ulozeniu kilku plyt z wlókna mineral¬ nego w kasecie i ich scisnieciu. Plyty sa ustawione w kasecie wkierunku prostopadlymdo powierzchni kasety, tworzac tym samym nowa powierzchnie o prostopadlym ustawieniu wlókien.Do tej powierzchni zostaje przyklejona plyta okladzi¬ nowa z materialu sztywnego. A known method of producing insulation boards with straight fiber arrangement consists in cutting individual mineral fiber plates for strips. After cutting, each strip is rotated 90 ° to align the fibers vertically. A certain number of strips are then adhered to the cladding sheet of a rigid material, thus forming a sheet of mineral fiber with a perpendicular arrangement of fibers. It is also known to produce insulation panels from mineral fibers with a perpendicular arrangement of several fibers. of mineral fiber in the cassette and their squeezing.
