Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest elektroda do wygladza¬ nia otworów o malych srednicach metoda obróbki elektrochemicznej.Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 109113 sposób elektrochemicznego wygladzania otworów i elek¬ troda do wygladzania otworów. Do obrabianegootworu wprowadza sie elektrode, nadajac jej ruch roboczy. 1 przedstawia elektrode w widoku z boku, fig. 2—elektrode w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A. ¦y//////\ / // / . UP PRl r.^klaii i20+18 Ceiu4: r: PLThe subject of the invention is an electrode for smoothing holes with small diameters, the method of electrochemical treatment. The method of electrochemical smoothing of holes and an electrode for smoothing holes is known from the Polish patent specification No. 109113. The electrode is inserted into the machined hole, giving it a working movement. The electrode, made in the shape of a shaft, has a surface-covered insulating layer shaped along a helical or point line. The essence of the solution according to the invention consists in the fact that the electrode has the shape of a spiral drill, where the insulating surface is applied to the cylindrical surface and the tip of the electrode, and the surface of the screw grooves is exposed. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that it is possible to thoroughly remove the outer surface of the bore of metal particles in the form of, for example, burrs, sticking chips. The solution according to the invention is presented in The embodiment of the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the electrodes in a side view, Fig. 2, shows the electrode in cross section along line AA. The electrode 1 has the shape of a twist drill. An insulating layer 4 is applied to the cylindrical surface 2 of the electrode 1 and aa end 3. The surface 5 of the screw grooves 6 is exposed. The body with the machined hole connects to the positive pole of the current source, and the electrode 1 to the negative pole. The electrode 1 is introduced into the machined hole, giving it a rotary and feed motion. After several or several dozen seconds of the electrochemical treatment process as a result of dissolving the protruding metal particles, the internal surface of the machined hole is smoothed. This is due to the fact that the electrode (1) has the shape of a spiral drill, with the insulating layer (4) applied to the top of the cylindrical surface (2) and on the tip (3) of the electrode (1) and the surface (5) of the screw grooves (6) being exposed. 114 302 ¦ /////// A ¦mm ,. ¦y ////// \ / // /.
