Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zlacze zwlaszcza do uch¬ wytów spawalniczych.Powszechnie sa znane i stosowane zlacza w urzadze¬ niach spawalniczych, na przyklad w pólautomatach spa¬ walniczych w kasecie lub szafie sterowniczej, które stanowia szereg oddzielnych laczników: pradowych, gazowych, wodnych i sterowniczych. Zlacza te wykonane sa najczesciej w postaci gwintowanych krócców z otwo¬ rami przelotowymi na wylot spoiwa, gazu czy wody. Na krócce nasadzane sa w zaleznosci od przeznaczenia weze gumowe, igielitowe do gazu, wody albo spiralne do trans¬ portu spoiwa.Istota zlacza wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze w srodkowej czesci tulei jest zaczep przechodzacy przez wybranie umieszczone w tulei gniazda, do spiralnie nacietego kanalu w tulei, w której znajduje sie obwodowy kanal nad otworami znajdujacymi sie w koncowej czesci tulei miedzy uszczelnieniami. Przylacze pradowe znaj¬ duje sie pomiedzy tuleja a ustnikiem. Natomiast srednica srodkowej tulei jest wieksza od koncowej czesci tulei.Przyklad rozwiazania wedlug wynalazku uwido¬ czniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zlacze w pólprzekroju — pólwidoku, a fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny gniazda zlacza w miejscu zaczepu.Zlacze sklada sie z wtyku gniazda 6, który w przedniej czesci osadzony jest w izolowanej rekojesci 8oslaniajacej wszystkie przylacza od strony przewodów. W srodkowej czesci tulei 6a znajduje sie zaczep 3 wykonany w postaci kolka, który po przejsciu przez wybranie 10 w tulei gniazda 13powodujepoprzez obrót, dokladnie pólobrót, rekojescia 8 trwale polaczenie wtyku 2 z gniazdem 1 wskutek zazebienia sie zaczepu 3 ze spiralnie nacietym kanalem 20 w tulei 13. Joints are commonly known and used in welding equipment, for example in semi-automatic welding machines in a cassette or control cabinet, which constitute a series of separate connectors: for electricity, gas, water and control. These joints are usually made in the form of threaded stubs with through holes for the outlet of the binder, gas or water. Depending on their intended use, the stubs are fitted with rubber hoses, needle hoses for gas, water or spiral hoses for transport of the binder. The essence of the joint according to the invention consists in the fact that in the middle part of the sleeve there is a catch passing through a recess placed in the socket sleeve to a spiral cut the channel in the sleeve, in which there is a peripheral channel above the openings in the end part of the sleeve between the seals. The current connection is between the sleeve and the mouthpiece. Whereas the diameter of the middle sleeve is larger than the end part of the sleeve. An example of the solution according to the invention is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the joint in a half-section - half-view, and Fig. 2 shows the cross-section of the joint socket at the point of the catch. from the socket plug 6, which in the front part is embedded in the insulated handle 8 covering all connections from the side of the wires. In the central part of the sleeve 6a there is a catch 3 made in the form of a pin, which, after passing through the recess 10 in the socket 13 sleeve, will result in a rotation, exactly half-turn, the handle 8 permanently connecting the plug 2 with the socket 1 due to the engagement of the catch 3 with the spiral-cut channel 20 in the sleeve 13. In the rear part of the sleeve 6b there are holes 9 on the circumference for the flow of gas supplied through the hole 5 to the sleeve 13, from which the circumferential channel 14 is distributed to all holes 9. The sleeve 6b is sealed with the tip 7 from the inside and connects the cartridge 15 through which the binder is transported . The socket sleeve 13 has on both sides of the circumferential channel 14 two sealing rings 4 and the end part of the sleeve 13 has an internal thread 16 for screwing the current connection 18 with a mouthpiece 17, which has an opening 19 in its axis for transporting the binder. The sleeve 13 is seated in the socket 11 which isolates the whole socket from the elements on which it is mounted. The socket of the connector 1 is fastened in the welding device by means of a nut 12. The current connection is made about half a turn with the handle in the socket on of the face 21 of the sleeve 13. Patent claims 1.
