10 Przyklad I. Do otworu o srednicy 42 mm i dlu¬ gosci 90 m wprowadza sie pod cisnieniem 120 atmo¬ sfer medium skladajace sie z ujednorodnienia w 100 kg wody 5 kg mocznika nawozowego, 0,1 kg urotro- 15 piny, 1 kg chlorku amonu oraz 0,2 kg kwasu alkilo- benzenosulfonowego w ilosci 9 ton, uzyskujac przez to odprezenie rejonu, wyeliminowanie sklonnosci wegla do niskotemperaturowego utleniania sie praz zmniejszenie zapylenia w trakcie urabiania kom- 20 bajnem do wartosci ponizej 5O0 ziarn i 1 centyme¬ trze szesciennym powietrza.Przyklad II. Currently used methods of preparation of coal residue consist in injecting into the holes water, aqueous solutions of compounds reducing surface stress, calcium chloride and urea with detergents. These methods have a number of disadvantages. For example, aqueous solutions of calcium chloride cause an increase in fire hazard, increase in corrosion of iron alloys. On the other hand, aqueous urea solutions act selectively depending on the amount and composition of mineral compounds in the carbon, especially SiO. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, in particular to reduce the fire hazard and improve workability. The essence of the invention is to introduce into the entire carbon or rock mass of a medium obtained from homogenization in water of urea, urotropin, ammonium chloride and compounds reducing surface tension. The effect of the invention is through the action of a physical and chemical medium on the carbon or rock mass, mainly the destruction of the mineral matrix, reactions with carbohydrates and ring hydrocarbons their side groups. In addition, a reduction in friction between the base skeleton and groups of macerals is obtained, which becomes plasticized or liquefied, which in turn reduces the drag during trauma. Mechanical beating and eliminating the accumulation of energy in the deposit and its rapid release. A further effect is the preparation of anti-fire carbon, consisting in the neutralization of active valence groups formed during the relaxation of the body during the incubation period and reduction of dust during the mining and haulage of the excavated material. the invention is as follows. 10 Example I. A medium consisting of homogenization in 100 kg of water, 5 kg of fertilizer urea, 0.1 kg of urotropin, 1 kg of chloride, is introduced under a pressure of 120 atm. Into a hole with a diameter of 42 mm and a length of 90 m. ammonium and 0.2 kg of alkylbenzenesulfonic acid in the amount of 9 tons, thus relaxing the area, eliminating the tendency of coal to low-temperature oxidation and reducing the dustiness during com- bining with 20 grains and 1 cubic centimeter of air Example II. 1200 g of the medium formed from homogenization in 100 kg of water, 50 kg of fertilizer urea, 0.5 kg of urotropin, 5 kg of sodium chloride and 1 kg of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonic acid are introduced per 1 square meter, thus obtaining a carbon fire-resistant preparation and limiting 90% secondary dusting of ground carbon below 100 micrometers. 112 2253 112 225 4 Patent claim A method of intensifying coal extraction and reducing the threats to mining deposits, consisting in the introduction of urea and surfactants, characterized by the fact that the medium obtained from the pit is introduced into the coal mass or rock mass, preferably under increased pressure - the diversification in water of urea, urotropin, ammonium chloride and compounds which lower surface tension, preferably acidic, whereby the amount of urea per 100 parts by weight of water must not exceed 100 parts by weight, while the sum of urotropin and ammonium chloride must be greater than 0.1 parts by weight and the amount of surface tension reducing compounds shall not exceed 25 parts by weight. 5 ZGK 0949/1110781 - 125 pcs Price PLN 45.
